Os colchões das camas sao antigos, e desconfortáveis. O cafe da manha é fornecido em parceria com uma lanchonete. Insuficiente e desproporcional em relação ao preço cobrado.

Such a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with a short walk to the cafe. Hotel was cosy, comfortable & clean. All amenities very close by. Tv was only downfall, as from UK , only option was a news channel to watch.

Great place

Perfekte Lage am Rand der Altstadt, unmittelbar neben Planty gelegen. Alle Highlights in Stare Miasto fußläufig zu erreichen und auch Kazimierz ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig und sauber und das Personal absolut freundlich. Frühstück gibt es in einem Restaurant um die Ecke, aber das tut der positiven Bewertung keinen Abbruch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ich würde Amber Design Residence bei jedem weiteren Krakau-Besuh wieder wählen.

Personalized service, clean and welcoming

A beautiful and comfortable property with really stylish and well appointed rooms. The hotel is well located in the Old Town, close to the park and all of the main sights. It’s also conveniently located for dining and drinking options. It would have been better had breakfast been onsite but the breakfast cafe was only a few minutes walk and the food was good.

Es un hotel pequeño, muy bonito, cerca del casco antiguo de Cracovia, lejos del ruido. Las habitaciones con cocineta son muy amplias, vale la pena seleccionarlas, te ponen capsulas de cafe diario. Las camas son muy comodas, buen aire acondicionado, ya que fuimos en agosto. Es una muy buena opción de alojamiento cerca de la plaza del Mercado y restaurantes.

Fantastic location, close to transport, great rooms and lovely staff.

Really nice hotel with beautiful modern rooms. My only complaint was that I booked a Double room (petit boutique) and was “upgraded” to a Superior Double. The only issue with this room is they squish two fulls together and do a terrible job merging the mattresses, so I spent the few days falling into the crack between the mattresses. In addition the comforter barely covered my body. Also, the tub shower had the tub controls on the side wall, and the shower head in the corners so it was impossible to comfortably take a shower without hitting your legs on the tub filler. Really annoying and uncomfortable. Otherwise, really beautiful hotel and super conveniently located. I’d rather have had a walk in shower (no tub) and a continuous mattress, but oh well.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old city, would recommend to anyone traveling to Krakow. Should I return to Krakow, I will certainly stay again.

Lived up to all the great reviews. Excellent location be at square but also in a very quiet spot. Breakfast in the cafe was wonderful. Staff and rooms were fantastic. We loved it here.

Absolutely loved this hotel, central location but quiet side street so very peaceful. Easy short walk into the centre. Rooms are spacious and really comfy beds - we had family connecting rooms with the kids. They got a little treat box at check-in too. Breakfast is in a restaurant a short walk round the corner, huge portions, lovely food.

Goed hotel, fijne ligging een échte aanrader

Exceptional service and location Luxury rooms, excellent bed and bathroom. We had a room with balcony and was very quiet and relaxing. The young ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our time and will return in the future. Highly recommended.

Amber Residence was very charming and comfortable. The property is very near the center of Old Town, beautiful Planty Park, and Kazimierz. The staff were absolutely exceptional. They were very helpful, kind, and generous with little treats left in our room. We loved our stay and hope to return someday!

The hotel and personnel was great. They upgraded us to a family room having a seperate room for couch table and kitchen. Kitchen stuff was suffiicent. Bed was comfortable. Location is very good, just a few steps from the city park and very close to old town. We definetly liked the place, suitable for the baby. Just a small comment this is the first time we see that they charge for a baby crib, but it was not necessary as the bed was fine.
