The staff was great.

Uber is easy to find. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Shops and tourist spots are walking distance. Safe to walk. Police and security are present on most of the areas. The room that we are put was noisy. The room is at the front of a bus terminal and on the main street.

Super comfy rooms and close to the airport makes for a great place to stay

Ottima posizione che permette di raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti il centro della città. Camera pulita anche se il letto è un po piccolo. Colazione sufficiente ma migliorabile. Sfatt molto gentile e accogliente. Consigliato per una notte di passaggio a Lima

The ONLY complaint I have is noise. The staff were so inviting and the hotel very comfortable. It was centrally located to many historical places and is safe ( just have common sense ). It was very easy to navigate with uber. The traffic is INSANE!

The hotel is well located in the old part of the historic district. It was a nice stay, the breakfast was prepared to order and include fruit, eggs, and toasted bread. I agree with other reviews that the hotel is located on a busy street however it does calm down late in the evening and was totally peaceful in the morning. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities.

The staff was great and very attentive. The hotel appears to have been renovated recently. There are however several areas incomplete that jumps out at you. Poor painting, rough finish etc. The biggest problem was the cleanliness. Sheets were stained,( had ask for new ones ) white towels beige and hair on the bathroom floor. The tiles used in the bathroom look dirty with each step . We ran out of tissue( a fresh roll wasnt there and it was a used roll on the holder. Some plugs didnt work and no iron. Breakfast however was good and the area nicely done. The staff were extremely helpful. This is not the place for a long vacay. It is however very convenient if sight seeing. Its literally on the sidewalk and you step out into the busy happenings in Lima. The hotel however is below acceptable.

The hotel is well located — definitely its main advantage. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. The room was far too small for two people. We booked for a couple, but the bed was barely big enough for one person — it was impossible to sleep comfortably together. The space in the room was extremely limited. On top of that, the soundproofing was almost nonexistent. There was constant noise, including car horns all night long, and the hotel itself felt quite chaotic. It was very hard to get any rest. Unfortunately, the night was rough — I had a really hard time sleeping due to the excessive noise. It was honestly unbearable. Breakfast was also very basic, with very few options — close to nothing, really. The only true positives were the location and the friendliness of the front desk staff, who were genuinely kind and welcoming. Overall, I would only recommend this hotel for a one-night emergency stay if no other options are available.

Overall enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast included was good and location was great! Front desk staff were okay. Check out process was long. Overall would recommend if looking for an older hotel with character.

Staff is very friendly and was always willing to book taxis for us. The homemade and yummy breakfast was a nice touch. The hotel also has a refillable water station on the 4th floor.

I was greeted by Lissette, and later the rest of the staff all attentive to my family. the room was nice and neat. no issues.. i would recommend this to everyone.

Bed is very small, otherwise great hotel, with a lot of noise from the street.
