The air conditioning was not cooling. Sweating all night. Fridge never cold things. I lost the food I put there. Lost money because of it. Front desk personnel gave me wrong info. Ridiculous fees. Although saw a shuttle in parking lot he never offered service. He instead accelerated and took off more than once. Went for marshmallows at 7.20pm once and received a lecture on timing. Received 2 marshmallows and the family after me did not got lecture but more marshmallows… People that made my stay enjoyable : jose at the pool, Saul (and others in the shift that night 7/15) in the restaurant and the nice guy in the coffee place lobby- forgot his name- long hair (super nice!!!!) cleaning crew was always nice too.

Me gustaría mencionar que los empleados desde la recepción, piscina, restaurante el chofer y los de limpieza son muy amables. En adicional el Sr. Jayso estuvo siempre bien atento. También nos gusto mucho por que tiene un chofer que te lleva a todos los lados que tu quieras dentro se Plamas de Mar.

I liked the area very quiet and walkable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Tuve una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue increíblemente amable, profesional y atento a cada detalle. Las instalaciones estaban impecables: la habitación limpia, cómoda y perfectamente equipada, con una vista espectacular. (Lo único que cambiaría sería tapar la parte de abajo de las puertas para que no se escuche el ruido de afuera.) Pero todo lo demás excelente.

The manager Jayson was very professional and welcoming during our stay. We had a great check-in experience and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay during our anniversary trip. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. We will definitely return!!

On friday at check in the the balcony was dirty with trash on it next morning after calling several times during two hours because the were no toilet paper I had to drive and buy myself,is not acceptable at sll Saturday am we requested the room to be clean,we call several time ,they never came The worst experience

Love the Puerto Rican feel to the resort. Thank you for the memories.

I went with my sons for a family vacation. Overall I can honestly say we had a great time here and my boys loved the resort pool more than anything. The staff were soooo nice and helpful, I really appreciated it. Only problems I had was with my room, the patio door would not open. I called the front desk and 3 repair men, came and fixed it within 30 minutes. I love how on top of things they were, soon as you mentioned something was wrong or not working. Definitely would be recommending this resort to family and friends.
