Wonderful hosts, accommodating and charming. Room and facilities of the highest standards and v comfortable. Fascinating locations, wonderful old house, will make every effort to visit atain.

This was our first stay in a house with a thatched roof - and it has to be said the property was immaculately presented, with a great blend of the new and the old. Modern facilities such as a new shower, but little aspects of the original design preserved too, and a very homely feel. Kevin and Nicky were lovely hosts, they made us feel welcome throughout. The cooked breakfasts were really nice, in particular the home-made black currant & butter jam went down well with my girlfriend! Lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area. The New Inn pub is a few minutes walk away, which serves really nice food and good local ales. Would love to stay again when we next visit Devon :)

Our stay at the B&B was excellent. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked to order, and a good choice. Even a vegetarian choice. The house is in a lovely village with a local pub and within easy driving distance of Dartmoor and the north coast. Nikki and Kevin were very good, helpful and friendly hosts. I would highly recommend Middletown Farmhouse B&B to anybody and would certainly go back again when we next visit Devon
