Beach is 17 minutes walk

The property offered free airport pickup which was nice. They also have an arrangement with a restaurant on the beach for free pickup and drop off since there are no eating options close. The hotel rooms were quite dated and the entire property could use some updates. The free breakfast was just ok.

The property is very well located in the neighbourhood of many restaurants and the beach. The owner’s father, Theodore, was very helpful and picked up us from the airport and dropped off. Breakfast is decent and the food is OK. Thank you for accommodations. Yan Canada

I received a warm welcome, enjoyed a comfortable night and appreciated the calm and pleasant hotel. This makes a convenient hotel to stay when in transit. I will come again.

Nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Shower didn’t work very well water came out everywhere except the shower head but it still got the job done. The free shuttle to the restaurant was great and worked well.

Property very remote but they provided free transportation to dinner and airport which were both a plus. No one there when we arrived, cleaning lady gave us our room. My husband has mobilty issues, no elevator so we had to drag suitcases up the stairs. Also there were roaches in the bathroom and cats everywhere.

Charming, peaceful, family run hotel. Our balcony had a beautiful view with a lovely olive tree. The alfresco breakfast was perfect. The free airport shuttle was a wonderful bonus. It was the perfect stay after a busy cruise. Thank you Peri's.

This property is in a residential neighborhood about 20 minutes from Athen's airport and was not easy to find even with our driver's GPS. Reception area is nice but our room was old and tired and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Best thing was the terrace.

Felt very taken care of

This place would be the equivalent of a motel along the highway. Place needs some upkeep. But the people there were fantastic, helpful. Shower sort of worked and there was water on the floor which I believe is being pushed up through the tiles or something. Some lights didn’t work also. They arranged for us to get picked up and taken to a restaurant and brought back. I thought this restaurant was going to be crap. I was very Wrong. Great place great service. Huge portions. If you need a quick cheap place this is it. You get what you pay for.

Property is a little outdated but very clean and bed was really comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and transportation to/from the airport was perfect. Great option for an overnight stay between flights.

When we arrived at the property, there was no one in the front desk. The property owner is away at the airport doing a pick up. We waited in the lobby for 30 mins, luckily, another client was also waiting and they were able to contact the owner, who told us where to get our keys. If not for that, we'd be waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. The hotel itself is threadbare. The amenities is below that of a motel in the states. The big draw of this place is that the owner provides free transportation to/from the airport.

The best hotel stay of my whole three week trip. From the moment I arrived at the airport panagiotis was there waiting for me. He made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Once we arrived he was more then happy to carry my luggage to my room & make sure I was comfortable. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service !! Your truly an asset !!

Peri's is a basic clean hotel, great for a night if you need to be near the airport. Not fancy, just basic, but a good value for your money and the staff was very helpful. They picked us up at the airport (FREE!) and arranged for transport to and from the beach restaurant for dinner (FREE!). The next morning one of us had to be at the airport at 5 am, and another flight at 11:30 am; both transports were provided (FREE!). Although my travel partner missed breakfast as it starts at 7:30 am, I did get it. Again, very basic: one boiled egg, some bread and jam, a few slices of cheese, and Greek yogurt. I think I got my money's worth though.
