Had a very comfortable experience. Especially: The bed, pillows, bedding, duvet and overall room comfort were excellent, making it easy to rest properly throughout the stay. Everything felt well-maintained and clean, which stood out in particular. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay with no issues. The sleeping arrangements were a real highlight and contributed significantly to the quality of the visit.

Mooi hotel met een sfeervolle inrichting, eigen karakter en hart, in tegenstelling tot de bulk van de internationale hotelketens. Kamer en ontbijt zijn erg goed. Mooie spa, helaas geen tijd om er gebruik van te kunnen maken. Zeker aanbevelenswaardig bij bezoek aan Bialystok ***** !

Great place

Wij verbleven 7 nachten in het hotel. Officieel zou de kamer dagelijks worden schoongemaakt, maar dit was in de praktijk niet het geval. We kregen wel elke dag schone handdoeken, maar de kamer werd niet dagelijks gestofzuigd. De bedden werden elke dag opgemaakt, maar niet verschoond. Hierdoor troffen we regelmatig stukjes vuil en rommel aan in de opgemaakte bedden. Daarnaast was er een strijkplank in de kamer, maar deze was kapot. Ook was er een strijkijzer aanwezig, maar de knoppen hiervan werkten niet. Bovendien was het strijkijzer zo vies dat het mijn blouse beschadigde en bevuilde. Verder was het ontzettend warm in de kamer, met een temperatuur van meer dan 25 graden. In de kamer bevond zich een radiator, maar deze had geen knoppen om de warmte te reguleren of volledig uit te schakelen. Om de kamer enigszins af te koelen moesten we de airconditioning aanzetten, maar deze maakte veel lawaai, wat het comfort aanzienlijk verminderde.

Pobyt w Hotelu Traugutta 3 był świetny. Pokój bardzo czysty i komfortowy, wszystko świeże i zadbane. Strefa spa robi świetne wrażenie – idealne miejsce na relaks po całym dniu. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie: uprzejma, pomocna i uśmiechnięta. Śniadania smaczne, duży wybór i świeże produkty. Zdecydowanie polecam, chętnie wrócę przy kolejnej okazji.

Get yourself pair of earplugs for every night, I stayed there Thurs to Sunday and there were parties at the hotel EVERY NIGHT,

Everything was very good, except one thing, the blanket for sleeping stunk, so much that i woke up at night and i had to turn it.

Hotel is amasig, breakfest with nice local food( meat especially), as hotel has SPA/pool it woudl be nice to have batrobes already in room closet. I wanted to use SPA just before closing and went there robed with towels- which is not convenient if you wear only swimsuit.

Excelente hotel, buenas amenidades y excelente desayuno, lo único negativo es que en algunas habitaciones huele a cañería del baño

Amazing good value, large room. Beautiful dining area, jacuzzi and sauna, lovely hotel. A bit out of the way from old town but not a problem.

We decided to rent a hotel room as I would have some business conferences so I needed good WiFi. When checked in we realized that WiFi more or less was non existing. We mentioned it at the reception and they try to re-set the router, but it did not help at all. I had to have the conference call in the restaurant and it was not optimal. The picture of the pool is misleading as it is more a large bath :-)
