Upgraded on check-in to an immaculately clean double room.

Excellent value. Clean, comfortable & very reasonably priced.

Great hotel but the public carpark is across the road and it’s the ringo app or a credit/bank card to pay £6 for 24 hrs

Room was clean, shower stall could have used a little extra attention but it was still acceptably clean. Definitely appreciated my stay, the ease of check in, and the space itself!

The staff from Holly on reception and bar and restaurant through to the Taps bar and breakfast staff were all excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The place was in good condition and had attractive bar and restaurant areas, as well as rooms and waiting areas. You have to park across the road but it’s not expensive. I’d recommend the Taps bar on a Monday, if you are a cask ale drinker £3 per pint!

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were all fabulous, from check in to restaurant and bar. The lady waiting on breakfast was especially great. The challenges were that the room was rather hot, and given the location on the main road, opening the window meant it was noisy. Noise was the main issue - from doors opening, floors creaking and especially from the person in the next room who had their tv on extremely loud until past 2am.

Lovely hotel. Evening meal and breakfast is superb. Bed was comfy. Restaurant was separate from the bar area although you could eat there if you chose. Numerous screens for watching sport. If i was to be critical - a small coffee table and chair would have been good and the shower, hot and plenty of water, flooded a bit quick.

Great stay but hotel very noisy until 04.00 hrs on last night.

Staff went over and above to make the stay and the experience. amazing food and the cocktails really stood out!

Speedy and personal check in and offered a choice of rooms. Good size TV, tea and coffee in the room. Excellent shower.

The evening meal was excellent cooked by the chef and first class presentation. A real treat. The waitress’s were attentive and polite. Both parts together made for an amazing experience.
