Perfect for an independent stay. I was able to get a take away and make my own breakfast in the communal kitchen…….only downside my shower head was not secure and I had to have a hand held shower

Breakfast was serve yourself. There was plenty of bits to be had toast eggs cereal and pano chocolate bottled water and orange juice and tea and coffee everyday tea or flavoured

Very clean accommodation we did not mind continental breakfast plenty of tea coffee ect if needed. The room was very clean and a good wifi service if needed. Close to all amenities if needed. A special thank you to the housekeeper who was very professional and very helpful. We would stay again

As soon as you walk through the front door you can smell how clean and fresh it is. Arrived early and that wasn't a problem. Breakfast was very nice all the essentials were there. 100% we would stay again

Stayed one night on road trip. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was self service' in kitchen but had good choice of items (cereal, bread to toast, prepackaged croissants, etc). No problem parking on-site with supermarket only a short drive away. Overall good value.

Very strange felt we had walked i to somones garage. There was no soundproofing so very noisy Did not have breakfast as walked into breakfast room and a washing machine was on spin and washing liqid and fabric softner on work top.

Everything was well suited for our stay.

I went up to visit my GF and look for rental property, the rooms are small but functional with on suit toilet and shower. There are extras like washing machine, microwave for self service and self service continental breakfast items. the rooms were cleaned daily and for the price you cannot complain. When i checked in the host was very friendly and there is a contact number if you have any issues which was not needed. I would definitely visit them again if I was not moving to the area to live
