Excellent hotel

Η διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη και αξέχαστη. Από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε ότι μας υποδέχτηκαν με αληθινό χαμόγελο και ενδιαφέρον. Η κυρία Χρύσα και η κυρία Ελένη, καθώς και όλο το προσωπικό, ήταν εξαιρετικοί — ευγενικοί, προσιτοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Έχω κοιλιοκάκη και για πρώτη φορά ένιωσα τόσο μεγάλη φροντίδα και ασφάλεια σχετικά με το φαγητό μου. Όλα ήταν οργανωμένα άψογα, με σεβασμό στις ανάγκες μου και με πολύ αγάπη. Η εξυπηρέτηση ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Υπέροχοι άνθρωποι, όμορφος χώρος, μοναδική φιλοξενία. Σας ευχαριστούμε μέσα από την καρδιά μας — σίγουρα θα σας ξαναεπισκεφθούμε!

The hotel is great. The staff at breakfast was exceptional

Everything very fine except of breakfast which was terrible but this problem is common in Greece.

Schönes Hotel von welchem aus man fussläufig die Innenstadt erreichen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und frisch. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei Sachen möchte ich jedoch als Verbesserungsvorschlag anbringen. Wie man sich ohne Duschabtrennung duschen soll ohne das gesamte Bad unter Wasser zu setzen bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Da es nur eine Badewanne zum duschen gibt ist das etwas nervig. Da es sich ja um ein 5sterne Hotel handelt erwarte ich auch das auf dem Zimmer, wenn schon Kaffee angeboten wird auch Milch oder Kaffeeweißer vorhanden ist. Und bitte legt normale Löffel in die Zimmer. Wenn ihr schon Nachhaltigkeit auf die Fahne schreibt, dann nehmt die Holzlöffel in der Verpackung weg und die und Milch beim Frühstück nicht in Plastik verpackt.

Loved our time there. It was wonderful

After days in the nature, pool was a real treatment. Breakfast very good . One little thing to improve in breakfast- I think the coffee (latte) should be free of charge. Everything else was wonderful!!!!

Eccellente struttura, cordialità e professionalità del personale, ampi spazi con una splendida piscina. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per un futuro.

good hotel but quite far from Old Town, restaurants, bakeries and pier to take the boat to visit the island in the lake. the location is not the best. good breakfast

It was impressive that this hotel has peaceful atmosphere with splendid scenery of the lake. Room was so clean and spacious enough.

Ein wunderschönes, sehr sauberes und elegant eingerichtetes Hotel mit tollem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis und sehr netten Personal.

Really lovely staff. Modern and up to date interior. Nice bedroom/bathroom. Swimming pool was nice though it is open to non residents so we had a few local teenagers there enjoying their summer so perhaps not as quiet as it could have been but still plenty of space and easy to get a sun lounger. Food options were very limited for those with dietary requirements in both pool bar and hotel restaurant. Allegen/dietary labelling on menus and on breakfast buffet food labels were non existant but staff were willing to help if required. Hot drink options at breakfast were limited unless willing to pay extra e.g. expresso included, hot chocolate was extra. Dinner options in Ioannina old town (5 min drive) were plentiful, good quality and better value than hotel restaurant.

The property is lovely and staff are extremely helpful!
