Great location and great apartments.Paid for the Ocean view and it was spectacular. Close to the beach, casino, light rail and restaurants. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Will definitely stay again

Amazing view and location. Friendly staff. Great places to eat nearby. Loved the heated spa and communal areas. Awesome to visit even in winter! Highly recommend.

Perfect location, friendly and very helpful staff - couldn't have been a better stay!

The apartment was beautiful with amazing ocean views. It was reasonably clean however there was quite a lot of dust and bits under couches and TV table etc. The dining table had glass rings all over it and the shower screens were a little grimy at the base. The main complaint I had was that it was supposed to be self contained however it was seriously under provisioned. There was only one cooking pot which had the non stick coating peeling off and barely any utensils and only 2 teaspoons. I requested some pots and was given them the same day but I would say the provisions are not realistic for a family. There is no pasta drainer, only one plastic ended tong, no garlic crusher, no grater etc etc. Also we were given only one tea towel for 6 nights, a small sachet of dish liquid and one sachet of dishwasher powder…there’s no basics like salt and pepper so expect to have to buy absolutely everything. They didn’t even provide some spare bin bags.

We had a 3 night stay at Qube & loved every minute of Queensland's winter! We had a 2 bedroom apartment on a really high floor & it was huge! It even had a desk where my husband could catch up on some work while the kids & I were in the pool (pool towels were available from reception) We had a partial ocean view room & the sunrises where beautiful! The location of the apartment was super convenient, every we needed was close to hand with a tram stop just downstairs. It was quite cold at night & there wasn't enough clean blankets in the apartment, that would be our only negative from our stay.

Fantastic stay with family.Restaurants was nearby. Receptionists was very caring and looking after our luggage while we were roaming around exploring and waiting for check-in. Overall fantastic place to stay.

Checking process was easy enough…wasn’t the room i thought we were getting It showed the 2 bedroom full ocean view room on the corner of the building but we were given one in the middle which had a smaller balcony…then the lounge suite was peeling on one of the cushions and kitchen bench had 3 holes in it, so told the manager the room was a bit tired and could we be changed to another room, she wasn’t remotely interested and said no. Thought customer service could have been a lot better by the manager.

The front door was not able to lock for the entire stay. The Manager said they will get a locksmith to fix, but no one turned up.

Just an overall amazing place to stay, room was superb, staff friendly and attentive, location was spot on, will not hesitate to come back here for our trips to the Gold coast in the future.

Amazing apartment and view. Very clean and tidy with all amenities needed including an in room laundry. Check in and out were super easy. Lovely friendly staff. Great location close to convention centre, beach, casino and oasis shopping centre. Abundance of parking just a bit tight for larger cars.

Great apartment in a fairly new building. Parking on site, easy lift access, pool and outdoor areas were great. Apartment itself was brilliantly located in the main Broadbeach area, and opposite a tram stop. Other than some dusty areas, the apartment was super clean, and had all the essentials for self catering. Porta cot was available also which made life easy. Would recommend to couples and families to stay
