Sadly, this hotel did not meet the expectations set from the listing photos or reviews. We felt we did not get value for the money spent. From the dusty room, the uncomfortably firm bed, the mediocre breakfast (but good coffee), and the inexperienced staff, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Le staff était super! La deco et l’état de la bâtisse sont #1. Je travaille en hôtellerie, j’ai inspecté la propreté de ma chambre et je n’ai rien trouver à redire! Les lits et oreillers super confortables! J’y retournerai certainement!

Excellent boutique hotel! The staff was very friendly, the hotel was super clean and pretty quiet. It was a very close walk to the downtown/main shopping street as well as the hipster area of Blvd St-Laurent. There's a mini market right around the corner which was nice and late night kebab place was maybe a 10 min walk. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was large and spacious. The water pressure was great. The location was relatively central and the room was quiet. There was minimal outside noise and very little noise from other guests and staff in the hallways, etc.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel St. Thomas in Montreal. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Wonderful service from start to finish. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Super friendly accommodating staff, the newly added breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Definitely will be rebooking with this Hotel. As we've stayed her on numerous occasions, with each stay being even more better than the last. Each stay being beyond execptional. Thank you

Spotless room, awesome breakfast, clear communication throughout the stay from check-in to check-out. So close to amenities, accessible to transits. I am planning to stay here again when I visit Montreal again.
