Tout est parfait (personnels, chambre, propreté des lieux) à l’exception du déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré et ce qui devrait être chaud est souvent tiède-froid

Super friendly accommodating staff, the newly added breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Definitely will be rebooking with this Hotel. As we've stayed her on numerous occasions, with each stay being even more better than the last. Each stay being beyond execptional. Thank you

Spotless room, awesome breakfast, clear communication throughout the stay from check-in to check-out. So close to amenities, accessible to transits. I am planning to stay here again when I visit Montreal again.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was so nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and they offered a great breakfast. The hotel was in a convenient location and we could walk to many sites.

All around thoughtful service

The pros: good location, staff was friendly, city view balcony was nice, room was a good size, bathroom was also large and had a soaking tub (which was my reason for booking) low lighting was appreciated. The cons: bed was VERY firm, carpets/lobby/elevators looked a tad shabby, while it was nice to have free breakfast it was a bit on the sad side.

Tres belle chambre, grande, moderne et confortable. Service de valet et service client vraiment impeccable. Excellent séjour

Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Moquette tachée. Il faisait froid dans la chambre et la réponse à été on peut rien faire. Café instantané dans le chambre c'est inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles. Patate et viennoiseries immangeables au petit déjeuner. Bref attendez-vous à pas grand chose mis à part le secteur.
