Clean , quiet place right with so many shops near by .. no cups or anything like like but a great place and location. Will definitely stay again.

Le concept d'arrivée autonome est une excellente idée sur le papier, mais encore faut-il qu'il fonctionne. Pour notre séjour, cela a été un véritable fiasco. ​Le code d'accès reçus par SMS ne fonctionnaient pas, il manquait un symbole. Nous nous sommes retrouvés coincés dehors, avec nos bagages et quasiment plus de batterie au téléphone. ​Le pire dans cette expérience reste la gestion du "service client" : ​Injoignables. Nous avons dû appeler le numéro d'urgence à 7 reprises sans que quelqu'un ne daigne repondre que par SMS. Petite assistance physique d'une personne très sympathique mais elle aussi personne ne lui répondait: N'espérez voir personne si la technologie défaille. ​Une arrivée dans un hôtel est censée être un moment de détente. Si vous ne pouvez pas garantir un système automatisé fiable ou une assistance téléphonique réactive, remettez un humain à la réception. Je ne reviendrai pas. A noter, nous étions avec un québécois dans la même situation, nous avons perdus 1h...

This was a great location for starting a trip around the GTA! Very clean and very comfortable.

The room was a bit small but everything we needed was there

The entrance of this compact accommodation building is a bit hard to find (due to very narrow shop front, right above a fried chicken place) but well located near a lot of eateries, and a great Blues Bar (Grossman) around the block. Clean functional rooms but quite basic with no frills. Communication with the host was very good as they were very responsive!

Room was tiny and no other facilities inside the hotel. It’s not a hotel it’s like a hostel.its too expensive according to facilities provided by the owner,There was no kitchen area where i could make a tea or coffee .It completely wasting of money .i would never recommend this place to anyone

I’d all you want is bed, tv and shower. This is for you. Extremely small and no coffee machine etc. they did have a small fridge and one chair. Was all we really needed in the end to sleep as we were out most of the time.

Clean and nicely-decorated room with everything we needed, including a comfy bed. However, the windows looked onto the street and the curtains were sheer so it was bright all night. Bring an eye mask and earplugs. Also, make sure you email your ID and damage deposit ahead of time in order to get the keypad code, or you'll be locked out, since there's no front desk. The help line number is easy to text, though, if you get stuck, and they were quick and helpful.

Clean and cozy

No staff on site. You must etransfer the deposit instead of using a credit card. Pieces of furniture in our room were broken. No Windows in our room, just a sky light above the bed with no covering. One very flat pillow each. One step up from a hostel I guess.

Was nice most places were walking distance.

Near and clean

Perfect if you’re looking for a place to keep your stuff, sleep and shower. This being in the heart of downtown you are walking distance to most things and won’t be spending a lot of time in the room.

Enjoyed my stay hiding gem in China town I will book again

I wasn’t able to access the deposit site due to the lack of Wi-Fi, which caused a delay during check-in.

BEWARE!!!! Read the fine print and be ready to bend to the will of whoever runs this place, on demand. TERRIBLE customer service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Super easy check in, location is conveniently located near restaurants and easily accessible with public transportation

Room was filthy hair on bed still, dirty floor and stains on towels. Not to mention i was receiving noise complaints at 8pm and i wasn’t even in my room? I came back to see another guest putting her ear up to doors… HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND
