Love this hotel! It's very elegant and very close to Llanogrande.

Easy check in, awesome breakfast, perfect bed for me (firm mattress) room was clean, everything works perfectly fine with my experience with Hotel Lagoon.

Great hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Will return in the future

The bathroom was so small that your leg would press on the sanitaire dispenser when sitting on the toilet seat, and this was in the 2 beds suite. Furthermore, the toilet’s flush button was all green. The room was a suite and all the suits face the road and it’s very loud since the sliding doors are of the cheapest possible model and all exterior sounds get into the room

I left my prescription glasses in my room, I called the hotel multiple times half and hour after I realized i left them on the room, they told me nothing was there, those cartier glasses were aprox 2.5k, they knew it and thats why i couldn’t get them back. Thefts

El bano de la habitacion es demasiado pequeno

Buena habitación El servicio del hotel muy malo. Llegue a las 3 pm y recibi mi habitacion una hora y media despues y en la recepción no me dieron ninguna solución. Simplemente esperar. Dice que es 5 estrellas pero el servicio de la recepción parece de un hotel sin estrellas

La habitación limpia. El staff un tanto serio y nadie se oprecio a ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje en ningún momento. Hemos visitado varios hoteles de la zona y definitivamente hay mejores por el mismo precio

El tamaño de las habitaciones muy claustrofóbica, pequeñas, y muy costosas para el espacio que se tenia, adicional que no es insonoro y se escuchaba todo el ruido de los vecinos.no se logro conciliar el sueño bien ni descansar.
