Very efficient check in by extremely pleasant lady. The apartment was clean and roomy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Any small issues or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the pool was not quite ready for use

Spacious apartment, 2 balconies, kitchen, TV, good bed and outdoor swimming pool. Nothing negative to say.

The rooms were clean, the apartment has a security. The pool is clean. Family friendly. There are a couple of eateries nearby. And patnem beach is 10 mins walk. Great place to book for solo or group or families.

Très surestimé sur le site… 9 et quelques c’est une blague ou alors un coup de trolls… L’hébergement est décati L’appartement était sale et un tantinet deglingué… seuls les employés étaient top… et la piscine même si l’eau était parfois troublée…

The staff at pattnem appartments were really helpfull,Mitu the day manager and vijay the night security were especially helpfull along with the cleaning ladies

clean apartment kitchen dining and living area . well equipped though i don't recall seeing a microwave. Staff were courteous and kind and the stay was comfortable

Foram dias confortáveis e agradáveis. O apartamento é ok, com todas as funcionalidades mencionadas. O fogão elétrico é um pouco pequeno, mas para cozinhar comidas simples e para duas pessoas deu certo. O único ponto desagradável foi não ter conseguido utilizar a piscina, pois a água estava sempre suja nos 5 dias que ficamos lá.

Excellent homestay for extended stays in South Goa. Highly recommended. There were two balconies in the 1 RK apartment we stayed in, decent AC and bathroom. Easy accessibility to the highway to reach North Goa or roam around within South Goa. Good Internet. Well equipped kitchen with electric stove, toaster, refrigerator. If you don't feel like going out, the apartment is self sufficient to support your stay. Only con was lack of a restaurant within the premises. Had opted for breakfast along within the room, you will need to visit a restaurant just beside the hotel. Breakfast options were not that great during the 4 days we stayed there.

A very nice society of service apartments to stay in. Good amenities, clean, close to the beach, close to the main market. Helpful staff. Overall a lovely place to stay. Had a wonderful time here.

Good large apartment and lovely clean swimming pool. Pretty well equipped and staff always smiling. A few little items could be better by for the price it is very very good.

Loved our time here! Fab location and amenities. WiFi not great but apart from that everyone was super helpful

Fabulous stay..... still building parts going on but overall a great location and accommodation. Staff very helpful and kind. Really reasonable price. WiFi isn’t great but it was good to turn the phones off, put the laptop down and relax !
