No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying after so many times. The staff was nice, but i definitely would've preferred another place.

Great staff, clean sheets and towels. Nice location. Hotel old, not well kept, miscellaneous dirt, furniture worn out and food choices quite unhealthy.

Limpeza do quarto excelente, bom atendimento e principalmente, a vista e o paisagismo do hotel.

O hotel está muito mal cuidado. Quartos estragados, serviço MUITO RUIM (um petit gateau demorou 45 min para ficar pronto depois da refeição; qualquer pedido no serviço de quarto precisa ligar 2-3x para eles finalmente te atenderem. Já estive por lá alguns anos atrás e fiquei impressionado com a queda da qualidade do lugar.

Olá, amei a estadia, quarto maravilhoso, confortável, boa localização, café com muitas variedades, primeira vez aligei por aqui, e gostei da flexibilidade em parcelas, acho que poderia só ter a opção à parte de tucumã no café da manhã, pois ja vinha dentro do pão preparado.
