Dusty room and bathroom was clogged with water. No action on complaints. Poor quality food. Only room pictures are beautiful.

お湯を沸かすポットも壊れている。置いてある紅茶のティーパックも剥き出しのままで、周りのトレーはホコリをかぶっている。 ベッドの下の床に、携帯の充電コードを落としていたら、ホコリで真っ黒になった。椅子はシミだらけ。全体的に不衛生。 ただし、スタッフのサービスは良い。 ルームサービスでラッシーを頼んだのに、全然来なくて、あるスタッフに聞いたら、ラッシーはやってない、俺にお金をくれたら買いに行ってやると。その3分後にラッシーが届いた。荷物を他のグループのと間違えた勝手にバスに詰め込んでいたり、スタッフレベルは低い。

Overall good value for the money. Very close to Shivala Ghat and within 10 minutes from Dashaswamedh Ghat and market/shopping. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, especially Sudhakar and desk managers. Restaurant food options are limited but made fresh and delicious. Superb room service. We had two rooms and stayed for a week.

Its so nice and safe place to stay. Restaurant food is amazing except the breakfast free buffet..cazz always find cold and expired food. Receptionist are soooo kind and helpful . House keeping is great and fast..overall its one of the best hotel in varanasi.
