We’ve stayed here twice. I absolutely love the style and the decor. The bar is fabulous and tho I wouldn’t walk thru the surrounding neighborhoods, I would def grab a quick uber to the square for dinner. My only complaint is that they don’t allow you to lower the thermostat or adjust the fan on the ac. They will provide a fan if you ask.

Excellent stay-cation getaway

Service is Superb here! Check-in was amazing. The guy should receive an award for going above and beyond to make you feel like a vip. His name was Kyle. Restaurant and Bar had great service with yummy cosmos.

The Ruby is fabulous and nostalgic. The only issue was the windows and sliding glass doors were not energy efficient. It was very difficult to keep warm in freezing temperatures.

I. Love. This. Hotel!! I almost quit my job to stay in the bed longer. Honestly I didn’t even feel the need to walk the gorgeous property because my room and balcony were so comfy. I turned on some nice mood lighting, synced to the Bluetooth, and drank a beautiful Nespresso while reading the history of the hotel. The toiletries were fantastic and I’m still sniffing my hair from the shampoo. Stay in this hotel. It’s quiet and peaceful and…the best. Easy parking and self-service.

Views were amazing but my old back did not get a wink of sleep, the beds were super hard. While the views and location were great, I’m almost 50 and need a good nights rest. Will not be a return customer.

Property was beautiful and relaxing!

The place was beautiful and people was friendly. The down side is my daughter was there with the school for an event and both nights someone tired to get in the room. You have to put a code to get in. No they didn’t tell anyone the code they was the only one from the school there. We ask the front desk to look at the cameras but they didn’t have none. Be careful there, front desk said they will look into it but I don’t believe they did.
