The pool is great, clean, refreshing water and the surroundings very comfortable and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed the space

Es un hotel muy bien situado en Viña del Mar en una zona muy céntrica, muy tranquila y con buenas opciones para comer cerca a la playa. Un hotel muy agradable. Se ofrece un desayuno buffet variado y también ofrece los días de la semana. Un almuerzo tipo buffet, muy sabroso.

The room was beautiful and clean. Also, the Complementary coffee was delicious . However, the door stopper was a major tripping hazard. To be specific, once you close the entry door, the stopper just stays on the floor and gets on the way to use the closet. I tripped twice with it. I highly suggest that gets change before someone gets hurt.

Rooms were fine, clean and spacious. Breakfast had a limited offering particularly with the fruit. The staff were courteous but a few smiles would have been welcome. Hotel is in a good location for beach and restaurants.

Rent och fräscht. Väldigt trevlig personal. Finns inget att klaga på över huvud taget.

Ok room, good location, great breakfast, bad shower, it sprinkled all over the floor, bathroom was always flooded, we called them , all they did was give us extra towels for the floor

He reservado muchas veces via Hoteles.com con mi tarjeta Visa inclusive para otras personas sin embargo esta es la primera que no pude cambiar el cobro a la tarjeta del cliente real.

The manager Francisca was very accommodating when we had a problem with the AC . She also went out of her way to make sure we were happy . Good experience!!
