这个房子价格合理和地点较好，但它在路边很嘈。房间很热而且一股难闻的味道，打开窗户纱窗是坏的，怕蚊子进来，风扇又是灰尘又是烂的但修理一下免强用了一晚，而且衣帽间堆满都是灰尘的杂物，没办法放行理箱。台面上也是灰尘，上面的水煲，杯子，盘子都是灰，一盒假花也是灰。公共卫生间的锁非常难开关，别人用时搞到声音很大，影响我的休息，曾经试过有人不懂锁门，等你开门他在里面如次很尷尬的场面。楼下公共客厅到处都是灰尘，沙发底和台底满是灰尘还有些垃圾，雪柜有异味和杂物和垃圾。户外台椅子都是灰和垃圾，长期间没有清洁。总的来说卫生条件甚差，设施陈旧，服务不到位，一直没有收到信息，直到来到门前等待打电话给房东才解决问题。

The parking and room was fine to stay but couldn’t find the room’s air conditioner remote. I left message regarding the AC remote but no reply. Overall, it was fine if you are not bothered with share bathroom situation.

Peaceful and clean

The bedsheet was clearly not changed before I used the bed, which is completely unacceptable. When I woke up in the morning, my dress was covered in white cat fur, making it obvious the bedding had already been used by someone else. This was unhygienic, careless, and extremely disappointing. I am genuinely unhappy with this experience.

Kind and accommodating staff, nice area and good room

The property in Richmond was an excellent place to stay overnight. It had ample parking in front of the house, inside the compound. The front door and the bedroom had a code door lock for an easy check in. All the bedrooms were upstairs with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The bathroom was very clean and the floor had radiant floor heating. The bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. There was a coffee maker and electric kettle for tea making. The property was well taken care of and quiet at night. I would highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, great location, and a great price.

We didn’t have to use it

I request to chack in 2 hours early because i had a meeting mrng 6 Am and they didn’t charge extra nd allow me . But only think disappointed no water there , even to tap in kitchen , when i asked to manager she said use from washroom nd boild it , mean seriously why i drink from washroom if paying 134$ . Even room was street side , all night car horrows disturbed alot

髪の毛と陰毛が浴槽に複数本落ちている、バスマットが汚れで真っ黒、毛が挟まりまくっていて明らかに洗っていない、テーブルの中にはケチャップのゴミ、ハンドタオルは無し、などなど不潔なお部屋でした。
