I had a wonderful stay, made even better by the staff. Priya made for an amazing host and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The front desk was helpful and the restaurant was fantastic. The room was clean and modern, kept well.

Hotel maintains proper cleanliness & hygiene, staffs are friendly and courteous.

Siisti huone mutta välillä siivouksessa ei aina tyhjennetty roskakoreja. Usein erinomainen huoneisiivous. Puffee-illallinen ja aamiainen erinomainen. Ala carte -ravintola ei niinkään sykähdyttänyt.

Excellent hospitality

Everything's great. Location from the train station, staff are very friendly and very helpful.

When we hear the name Marriott, we link it to a particular standard. Sadly, the property is a bit tardy. I just stayed a night, but with a lifetime of hotels travel, etc. That was enough. 1. Rooms are okay. The window is frosted (maybe ad the view is not too pleasing). 2. The checkin process is lengthy. Also no bell boy was provided (i did check in a bit late though). 3. The breakfast spread was good, the quality could have been a bit better. For example, the almonds were quite low in quality. 4. The extensive use of trainees is evident. This practice is possibly a cost cutting measure, yet affects quality. 5. The staff is helpful and nice. 6. The checkout was comfortable. 7. No idea about the pool, etc. Overall an ok stay. Yet, not upto the quality that we associate with Marriott. However, that seems to be a common issue at Indian variations of the brand.

Great hotel, very clean and the staff throughout were excellent. Restaurant was very good, beds comfortable and showers excellent.

Overall, the property is well-maintained and provided a pleasant stay. However, I found the environment to be somewhat noisy and a bit congested. The dining area could benefit from a more spacious layout to enhance the overall experience.
