The Tulipanes Express is in the same building as the non-express version, so you share the same amenities like pool and restaurant which is great. Rooms very decently sized, AC was cooling but loud, shower had loads of hot water, relatively quiet area amidst the tourist strip. Recommended as has good location and for the price paid good value for money.

Spotless room, crisp, pressed sheets and thick, soft towels made for an excellent stay. Check in was seamless and we enjoyed the pool. Kudos for the bidet! We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t review that. But this is a very nice hotel in a nice area.

Personal muy honesto, se nos quedaron unos lentes y los guardaron para que los pudiéramos recoger.

La habitación no estaba lista al momento del check-in y lo hice después de las 4:00 pm. No había agua caliente.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, pero deberían mejorar la limpieza de las áreas comunes. El servicio del personal es bueno.

The rooms are older then they appear, especially the toilet are very old and smelly.

Very nice Hotel in the center. Friendly staff and free parking. Nice small pool and shops, supermarket and Atm just walking distance.

In the middle of Palenque. Nice Restaurants and shops in front. Big Supermarket an ATM close. Very friendly stuff and small Pool.

El hotel aceptable, las personas que atienden despistas y groseros, el aire a la 1 AM presento fallas, no sirve el teléfono y los canales de tv muy borrosos y el depósito del WC con fuga.... .

Buena ubicación En la aplicación de Expedia NO se ofertan las habitaciones de 1 cama kingsice y el hotel si las tiene disponibles, eso no me gustó, no es error del hotel.

Very nice property, very clean, comfortable and great customer service. Very safe area and very close to nearby shopping, there’s a Chedraui grocery store 9 min drive, city center about the same with lots of places to eat, shopping and nice live entertainment at the park’s center
