Amazing hotel and lovely staff

Todo el personal fue muy atento y agradable. Queda enfrente a las estaciones de tren y del tramway Mont Blanc. La habitación que nos tocó estaba muy limpia pero no era muy cómoda. Era en el atico donde tienes que cuidarte de no pegarte en la cabeza. Hay sólo una pequeña ventana hacia el techo que no conseguimos abrir en nuestra estancia. La cama y las almohadas no eran de las más cómodas.

Bel hôtel abordable et cute.

Very friendly hotel, close to train stations (as it's named). Lack of air-conditioning in heatwave was a bit of an issue, but room was kept cool before arrival and a fan provided. Excellent breakfast including hot offerings.

Nous avons absolument tout aimé. C’est propre, extrêmement bien situé, beau, adapté aux enfants, etc. Nous reviendrons c’est certain!

Michael was great from beginning till the end of our stay. We stayed for 3 nights with our daughter and loved the fact that she had an actual bed to sleep in, not pull out sofa so that was a big plus. We had a nice balcony, room was small but very clean and cozy with great bedding and towels. I loved that our hallway had tea corner with mugs and kettle to boil water. Breakfast was light but good with indoor and outdoor seating, wish there were more fresh fruits and veggies. Overall this hotel was cozy, nicely decorated and even had game room for kids in the basement. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Super séjour dans ce joli hôtel proche du parc thermal et de l’ascenseur pour se rendre à St Gervais… Jolie chambre, literie très bien, petit déjeuner parfait, personnel accueillant et sympathique, piscine sympa avec une eau assez chaude. On y reviendra ! Merci !!!🙏

Hôtel très agréable et propre avec une super piscine. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, avec un belle chambre et le thé et café en libre service dans le couloir. Très bon petit déjeuner avec de bons produits variés. Je recommande largement cet hôtel, le personnel était très accueillant et sympathique.

Bem localizado perto de uma estação de trem com acesso para todos os destinos. Hotel bem aconchegante com piscina sauna e muito mas !!

The room and view were great. We asked the front desk gentleman to call us a taxi (we were staying in the hotel the following Sunday, however we arrived the Sunday prior and needed assistance hiring a taxi)and he was rude, asking why we traveled to France when we did not speak any French. I expect this type of comment in Paris, maybe, but not outside the city in a town where people frequent for hiking and skiing.
