廚房的家電設備齊全，有電鍋，微波爐，烤箱跟黑金爐 鍋具與餐具也都相當齊全且乾淨，使用上相當便利，唯一的缺點就是缺乏大湯鍋，無法煮一家人的火鍋類食物或湯品 另外就是浴廁空間沒有暖風機，所以很冷

Bill was there ready for us to check in as soon as we arrived so easy. The apartment was clean everything we needed the bedding was amazing! Close to everything you need restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops.

Clean and tidy, very well equipped. The rooftop is nice. Host is very helpful.

A really great place to stay. Very spacious with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. It is a true one-bedroom unit with plenty of room. The Chromecast on the TV is a great touch because you can stream any content off your phone if you don't speak a Japanese. We really loved staying here.

管理オーナーの人柄が良く、水や炭酸水のサービスとかキッチンを利用してお米がサービスだったり勿論お茶やコーヒーもサービスでした。 施設全体がまだ新しいのか清潔で家族全員が大満足でした。 また来る機会があれば、みんな利用するそうです。 天気が生憎の雨でしたが、気持ち良く寝れてたいへん良い旅行が出来ました！

とても快適な10日間の滞在でした。能登のコシヒカリもとても美味しく頂きました。近くにアピタも銭湯もあるし、早朝ランも金沢の観光名所巡りしながら楽しめました。スミスさんにも予約時からチェックアウトするまで色々質問させて頂いてお世話になりました。駐車場もあるし、いう事なしです。本当にありがとうございました。

Nice stay, and very good apartment. Very close to the city center.

The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We had many questions as this was our first visit to Japan. The property did a fantastic job of answering our many questions in a polite and kind way. The apartment fully met our needs. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend the property.

Upon our arrival we were welcomed by the manager Bill who made us feel welcome. He showed us and told us the things we needed to know. Though the apartment isn't big, it was quite complete and looked very new and nice. The bedroom had 2 double beds that were a little too small for 2 adults. Also a readinglight would have been nice, but we noticed that that isn't common in Japan. But there was enough closet space, which we liked. The location was good. There was a nice shopping center on walking distance and we loved the Ninja Museum very close by. There is a busy road in front of the complex so it wasn't very quiet. But the total impression was very good.

Great location almost felt like home. Would definitely stay again

The W&M House is simply outstanding. The suites are spacious, immaculate, well appointed, and very reasonably priced. While there is not much in the immediate area, the guest house is a short walk to many of the best spots in Kanazawa, whether the restaurant and nightlife district, the Omicho market, museums, and the gorgeous Kenroku-en Gardens. The manager is fantastic. Bill met us and showed us to our room, everything is clearly labeled, and when one of our party had an illness he helped out in every way possible from helping us find medical care to making our stay easier. Having stayed in many places around Japan, this place is a fantastic choice for travelers who want to visit this historic city.

管理人さんが大変、親切丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。1週間以上の長期の滞在で自分で洗濯したり、掃除をしたり、自由に生活することが出来て、エレベーターの前に補充の物品がいつでも使えるように置いてあり、快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機のフィルターが詰まっていて、長い間、お掃除されていなかったようなので、☆1つ、減らしましたが、それ以外では気になるところはありませんでした。 スリッパが用意されていなかったのですが、近所のスーパーに100均のショップがあったので、そちらでフワフワの使い捨てのを購入出来たので、問題ありませんでした。 頑張れば兼六園や金沢城に歩いて行ける距離にあり、元気な人ならロケーションは悪くないと思われます。

Bill was a great host: nothing was too much trouble. Our modern apartment was kitted out for both Japanese and foreign visitors. Good location within easy walking distance of the Castle precinct, Kenruoken garden, Omicho market and a longer stretch to Higamachi District. Don't miss the nearby Ninja Weapons Museum. The yakitori restaurant next door was also welcoming to Gaijin and unbelievably cheap.

We had a great stay. Very clean and modern apartment with all the amenities. Location was great for seeing the city. We especially loved ending the day watching the sun set from the rooftop patio. Highly recommend staying here on a visit to Kanazawa.
