Although there were initially issues with the booking as they overbooked and they cancelled, but still being advertised at the hotels.com and when informed the staff at the hotel, stated were unaware of it & will inform the website which they did not, therefore rebooked it through the website. Initially they refused to accommodate for overnight with no choice but fear of bad review then they offered alternative accommodation along with uber return journey and breakfast. I feel that the staff at 3 Falcon are very professional efficient and sympathetic with their customers.
