No muy buena opción de desayuno, aceptable. No hay secador para pelo

Esta bien ubicado,hay una sola persona atendiendo la recepción por lo que el check in y check out puede tomar hasta 10 min, la habitación era grande, el wifi no es el mejor

Taking Uber was easy and convenient and cheap around Cali. This hotel was overpriced for COP16 United Nations on Biodiversity event.

It is a nice convenient hotel to south Cali one hour from the airport. Uber is cheap throughout the city so an easy and safe way to get around.

Terrible servicio de personal con muy pocos modales y poco respeto así como el servicio a la habitación deja poco que decir tardan demasiado, muy mal servicio del hotel, un cambio de personal a gente con más educación carisma y modales.

En general fue una buena estadía, sin embargo, me pareció que a las chicas de recepción les tocaba hacer muchas cosas solas, como abrir el parqueadero, hacer entrega de habitaciones

Awesome rooftop dinning

This was the 2nd time staying at Valle del Lily and both times my wife and I loved it. The staff are very friendly, the hotel is clean and the food they serve at the two restaurants on site was great.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were professional and very friendly. The restaurant on site the food was awesome. The restaurant staff were awesome also. I would strongly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Il y a plusieurs restaurant à proximité. Les chambres sont rénovés.

Everything when well

Hot water only worked some of the time, cable was out 2 ID the 3 days of my stay complained to front desk , but lady behind front desk didn’t seemed to concerned about my issues and never addressed any of them I gave up complaining because I realized no issues got resolved, someone in room next to me decided to blast music at 4 am and sing 🎶 for over and hour , nobody from management felt compelled to stop him . Worst hotel experience I have ever had !!!! I got say the only positive was ladies who made breakfast and cleaned the room was so nice.

Cuando el viajero llegó al hotel no le habían reservado la habitación porque el encargado de hacerlo no hizo su trabajo. Me cobraron la noche y no me devolvieron el dinero cobrado a pesar que en varias oportunidades los he contactado.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Many restaurants and shops in walking distance. There is spa next next door. If you're up for a little adventure there a mall within 25 minutes. The walk was through several residential areas, mostly gated communities. There is a rooftop bar but it and the top 2 floors were in renovation. My room lost hot water a couple of times but no one else in my group experienced this problem. In those instances staff reset the breaker. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Cali again.

Mucho ruido y el agua de la ducha no calentaba bien

Si debes quedarte en la zona, es la mejor opción. Aunque consideraría otra zona de Cali que sea más bonita y segura. El personal es muy atento. Los domingos en la mañana hay una misa o algo así que es muy ruidoso para el día y hora, pero la gente en Cali en general es bien ruidosa.
