Excellent very stylish location. We loved it. Very nice Host. Area is suburban with many stores around. Not far to center.

Everything brand new. Great location. Very modern and new studio.

Very modern and new property. Very clean. I definitively come back here. Wanted to stay longer, but sold out the next weeks. Love that place. Property is in Militari, quick to get everywhere you need to go.

Apartment was very modern and nice. The host was friendly. Will come back in a few years!

Trevlig studio lägenhet med induktion kokplattor inbyggnads ugn micro diskmaskin och tvättmaskin, fin stor tv soffa och soffbord stor dubbelsäng med komfortabel madrass. Det man kan lura sig på att det flaggas för Pool men ingår ej finns en däremot i närområdet med inträdesavgift det borde de ändra på . Finns några bussar man kan ta till Centrum precis bredvid

Aufenthalt für zwei Tage war super. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Kontakt der sich auch erkundigt hat ob alles passt für fragen zur Verfügung stand . Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht und ist komfortabel mit ein paar Spielereien eingerichtet. Von der Gegend muss jeder selbst entscheiden ob er es ruhig bevorzugt oder eine sehr belebte Gegend bevorzugt. Alles was man braucht wie Supermarkt, Restaurant, eine mall, eine super Bäckerei mit unglaublichen kuchen und vielen weiteren Dingen ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Mit dem Bus, welcher direkt vor dem Haus abfährt, ist man in etwa 10 Minuten bei der Metro, von dort aus sind es nochmal etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten ins Zentrum . Allerdings ist die area riesig und war nicht so leicht zu finden. Allerdings ist der Kontakt sehr bemüht zu helfen

Very new and mordern apartment. Nice E-Home features. Very clean and lots of space for a studio. The Studio is located in Militrai Residence, a complex of apartments. Easy access to public transportation directly, Bus station in front of the building. Area is brand new. We will stay here again for sure.

Le studio est très bien équipé, la climatisation fonctionne très bien et bonne connexion wifi. Seul bémol, des indésirables ( cafards) viennent vous tenir compagnie ( environ 5/jour visibles). La résidence n’a de résidence que le nom. En effet, il s’agit en réalité d’un appartement d’immeuble dans une cité bucarestoise. Environnement pas très secure, je n’ai par conséquent pas pu profiter de la ville le soir car peur de rentrer dans la nuit. Concernant les piscines, elles ne se trouvent pas dans l’enceinte de l’établissement ( 10 minutes de marche) et sont de surcroît payantes( comptez 6 eur pour le premier complexe en semaine contre 10 eur le week-end et 20 eur pour le second complexe). Ces piscines sont privées et n’ont aucun lien avec l’établissement. Mon choix s’est porté sur cette location car l’annonce mentionne la présence de deux piscines. En l’absence de celles-ci, Je n’ai trouvé AUCUN intérêt à résider dans ce studio. Séjour grandement gâché par ce désagrément... Je ne recommande pas de séjourner dans ce studio mais de séjourner ailleurs pour visiter Bucarest, qui est une belle ville qui regorge de petits trésors. Le descriptif de l’annonce n’est pas conforme à la réalité concernant les prestations dans l’enceinte de l’établissement.

The property inside is excellent, you can find everything and feel great. Very clean, all the modern and facilities that you need. Air condition, Internet, Netflix , great kitchen and bathroom.Wonderful! But the location is not exactly for somebody that wish to visit Bucharest, quite far from the City and surrounded of a lot of work ( new buildings, most pf them not finished yet) the "Residence" is not exactly the "Residence"and the property doesn´t have swimming pool, you can find it 10 min away, paying for that. But you have a lot of shops ( for food). Overall , I enjoyed it, also because I know Bucharest and I could manage the commute. Very good price for the quality.
