Cumple muy bien ubicado y el personal muy amable pero considero que necesita mas cuidado de mantenimiento

Scammers! These guys sent me a message 2 minutes before I got there. Their excuse was a problem with the shower No water coming out. They said I will be reimbursed but 1 month later nothing. Worst experience ever! I had to find another hotel pay 2 the price plus the cab going in there.

This was a great condo in a fantastic location, the roof top pool and two hot tubs were fantastic. Due to the sargassum issues, we did not get to enjoy the beach during this trip to playa, but the rooftop area at this location made up for it 10/10.

Highlight of the hotel, 1 block from the club district. 2 pools and a hot tub. Loved the hot water from the hot tub. Spacious suite. A negative was trying to take a shower with 4-6 droplets coming from the faucet lol you must Remind them to clean your room or they won’t stop by unfortunately. Noise construction at 8am was not a positive experience if you’re trying to sleep.

The Condo building itself was very well maintained. Friendly staff. Secure building. The host to our apartment was unresponsive right from the booking. We had unit #103 . The host never responded to any emails sent before arrival. Even when we were there, host did not respond to his whats app or look at it , with a very serious issue we had in Unit.. We would definitely stay at Singular Joy again. But never with this host.

This is a great place very convenient to everything and is a beautiful clean property with excellent view

El roof top es una maravilla, es lo que me hace regresar siempre a este lugar. El edificio es maravilloso

The worst, our bed sheets were dirty with multiple stains and our towels were so old and dingy not to mention the smell and stains. The loud sound of music playing all night long to late morning was unbearable unable to sleep or even rest. My stay was from Saturday to Thursday and by Sunday I requested a refund and did my check out. My refund has been denied even though my family and I didn’t stay due to the very poor conditions of our room and the constant loud music playing from the next door club that it’s not on description of the property. It’s literally as if you are staying in the night club every night.

Friendly staff, clean room. Great location. The aircondition was a bit noicy. Over all, I had a great stay!

No funcionó el agua caliente del jacuzzi y los vidrios del rooftop están sucios

Rummet var bra planerat med två separata sovrum. Kylen funkade dock inte och det gick knappt att duscha i den ena duschen pga för lågt vattentryck. Riktigt bra takpool med både vanlig pool och två varma pooler. Bra poolbar med rimliga priser. Trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Dagtid bra läge på hotellet men tyvärr katastrof nattetid. Två nattklubbar som ligger väldigt nära, spelar brutalt hög musik fram till klockan 04:00 på natten.

Dirty towels and extremely loud from the nearby clubs. Felt like the whole room was shaking until 4 am. Stayed at the first floor.

Very good place

The room was missing a hair dryer & I reached out to the front desk, the cleaning staff & they said to contact the owner but the owner never answered my messages. The room was neglected, the sheets weren’t changed, they never cleaned our room in a week stay.

Aunque la habitación es bonita, carecía de servicio de aire acondicionado, y al ser cerrada, había mucho calor. El recepcionista aunque amable, no pudo darme una solución porque como tal no es un hotel, más bien son propietarios que administran cada habitación, y el propietario no te dicen quién es, ni lo puedes contactar. El recepcionista lo contactó, pero la solución que dio el propietario fue que lo atendería al día siguiente, pero si quería, que cancelara en la app y ya. Asi que aunque es bonito el lugar, no tiene los servicios que ofrece, y es casi imposible contactar con alguien que te de una solución.

La propiedad esta situada en un lugar estratégico, se puede caminar a restaurantes y tiendas. Lo que no me gusto es q nunca fueron a limpiar el apartamento y cuando teniamos dudas o necesitábamos asistencia no contestaban. El administrador solo lo vimos cuando nos entrego las llaves y nunca llamo para verificar si todo estaba bien. Le escribia y llamaba y no recibia respuesta. Comoquiera volveria a la propiedad pq me gusto mucho la localizacion. Gracias!
