Communication with the property manager was great, easy to find, lots of room, had everything we needed.

This home really added to our California experience! The neighborhood was nice and felt safe, and the view was beautiful. We stayed for three nights and the house supplied us with everything we needed.

The home is very spacious and the communication with the owners is great…. But the house is very out-dated. The only tv in the home is in the living room and it does not work. We were not able to sign in into any streaming services. There were bugs that kept coming out of the second floor restroom drain. We also kept finding spiders all around the home. There is a big tree next to 2 of the bedrooms and the tree branches kept hitting the window at night during our entire stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights and wish we had longer. House was amazing. The views were amazing. Communication from Marbella Lane was top notch and extremely prompt. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again ourselves.

We liked this place for the vacation rental, particularly the scenic view of the sunset and the sea shore view in the morning. The house has been well kept, and all the amenities including laundry are available (they had washing detergent as well). Its a fully furnished vacation rental. Recommended .

The pros were the view was beautiful. The amenities were great. We saw dears through the back window. There was plenty of space. The communication with the property was prompt. Cons were the immediate smelled of smoke when you walk in & throughout the house. It was the strangest thing because we could even smell smoke while taking a shower. The beds were uncomfortable. & if you're doing a lot of walking while on your visit like we did the last thing you want to do is walk up 3 stories of stairs on hardwood floors. The teens i brought swear the house was haunted they could hear something walking throughout the house at night. Lights would go on & no one was there. It was pretty creepy unless you're into that kind of thing.

Nice property for a family of 7. We expected a closer view to the ocean , but to us as first timers in San Francisco all looked unique and charming . More work could be don’t on upgrading the furniture and the carpet in the living room . Anyhow for the money paid it was quite worth it.

This house was great! Enough room for us all, kitchen was well stocked and laundry room was an added bonus. Owners communicated right away.

Booked this for a weekend getaway stay with a few family and friends. Marbella, the property owner, called ahead to make sure we had everything we needed including check in instructions and house needs especially for our large group (8 people) and was very quick to respond. We asked for early check in and Marbella was very accommodating. Our check-in was easy. The property had enough parking for three cars in the drive way plus there were plenty on the street. Getting inside the home required a code that we punched which made it easy going in and out especially when when our group was separated. The home was mostly clean and stocked with some everyday items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils and and even additional items I wasn't expecting including cooking oil, condiments and cooking sauces. The house is three stories, first story is just the garage and laundry room. The second floor includes the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, mini room where people can sleep and an outdoor patio that provides an amazing view of the town and ocean. The third floor is all the bedrooms (2 plus master bedroom) and another bathroom. The master bedroom has a jetted bathtub, a large shower with double headed shower head. And another patio which overlooks the second floor patio and higher view to see the ocean. And FYI it was about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach from the home. Overall we loved the home and the host was great. We would definitely come back again.
