Location perfect with lots of bars, restaurants etc minutes away. Very near Yorkminster and The Shambles too. Flat was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed and lots of storage in bedroom. Also decent hairdryer and full length mirror. Kitchen small but fully functional with full size oven, hob and fridge and plenty of utensils. Lovely modern bathroom with overhead rain shower and also shower head with riser on the wall if you don’t want to get hair wet! Complimentary Molton Brown bath/shower gel, liquid hand wash at the sink and quality fluffy towels. Communication from Hotels.com and the property owners/agents themselves re check in, access codes, wi-if etc was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for self catering accommodation in York.

Location ideal. Road has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops which do breakfast and bars. 5 minute walk if that to the shambles. Accommodation spotless & very comfortable. Welcome pack of milk,tea,coffee,crisps & cookies. Beds comfortable & white fluffy towels provided. There is no parking available at site but we did not have a car so not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again.

- [ ] No electric plug in the bathroom for shaving - [ ] Uncomfortable seat for meal at kitchen as no table or proper chairs available - [ ] Mini TV with bad wifi reception - [ ] No shampoo or body wash available at shower and no support for those - [ ] No salt, limited serviette, limited supply (coffee cup,....) - [ ] No light in the fridge, not able to know if working or not - [ ] Better bedding quality for better sleep would be great
