Excellent hotel, love it

The hotel is super nice, I love my room and the location is perfect. Definitely enjoyed the stay. One comment is the parking lot is small and gets full at night during my weekend experience. Could be challenging parking late at night.

The neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. The facility was very clean. My room was comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. My only concern is no one responded to my housekeeping request for additional towels via the Marriott app.

Beautiful atmosphere & room decor. Huge TV & loveseat with ottoman was nice. Must use key to use elevator so deliveries must be received in the lobby. Front desk staff were young and not the best at interaction but did complete all tasks we needed. Price doubled for a room after we checked out, due to a large event. We stayed an additional night at another hotel due to the large increase.

This is my fav staycation hotel. When I want to get away, relax, take a swim indoors, chill out with friends and family on the patio or the lobby, this is my absolute first choice. Conveniently located near the highway in Smyrna, clean, cozy, professional and laid back. Keep up the good work Mariott!

Check in was quick and easy but the room had lots of broken things and the bathroom shower was not clean. The hall smelled heavily of pot.

The property was very clean and in a great location and everybody was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay at this location again.

This is my second stay at this property. For business this location is very convenient to nearby office properties, and is generally quiet and safe. Biggest issues - when I entered my room, the liquid soap dispenser was on the shower floor with a large exposed nail. I didn't report it, but I would have expected housekeeping to do so during my two night stay. The air conditioner was very noisy and I could hear sounds from the room above me. I waited more than 10 minutes in line to order coffee.
