Clean room, staff was awesome

Everyone was great. The restaurant and lounge were excellent. Our air conditioner in the room didn’t work but we were moved quickly and the staff was fantastic.

Great place to stay—location works well if you’re wanting to be in the downtown area.

Good place to stay

Front desk staff are helpful and very pleasant. I had a small hiccup with the under ground parking and the front desk was a great help. That being said the underground parking is small and fills up quickly which can be a problem if you arrive later in the evening.

Clean but reminded me of my college dorm

I did not partake of the breakfast, so I can't comment. The evening before I looked and the menu. Though quite extensive, it had no burger offering which was disappointing.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food and drinks in the restaurant were delicious and the room was super comfortable with a nice view! I absolutely love the design and style of this hotel chain, it creates such a enticing colourful classie vibe. They always seem to be located downtown too, so your very close to all the attractions. The only thing that i would've preferred to have included in my stay was a microwave in the room, but thats minor, there was still a mini fridge available that got some good use. Also, the price is extremely fair for a hotel like this!

I paid over $400 to stay in a tiny room, with no parking (due to their being construction) Staff didnt seem to care and were not very friendly. Never again!

Staff are extremely attentive- conveniently located - bar makes excellent drinks and service was excellent in all areas.

Staff were fantastic. The Restaurant is delicious and the room was great.

Stayed here one night on our way to Edmonton. Check in was quick and friendly.
