Wonderful stay! Bed super comfortable and staff was amazing!

Maclean Guest House was lovely and homey. Brandi was super sweet and the property is a quick walk to town.

This guest house was clean and decorated so cute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located near High Street where dining and shopping are walkable. It is also easy to walk to the train and bus station. The only thing to keep in mind is that if your room is located on the upper floors, it is a walk up no lift.

Foi muito incrível a estadia aqui. A melhor até o momento na Escócia. Super prático de fazer o check in e o check out. Quarto limpo, banheiro perfeito e silêncio. Adoramos.

Clean as can be! Welcome was delightful. Lovely stay.

Very nice property. Room was good, however due to being on main road, traffic noise was a problem with windows open. However when windows were closed the noise was not an issue, but the room became quite warm. Great location to town centre and bus and train stations. Overall a very good stay.

Superfreundlicher Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit. Ein schönes Guesthouse mit einem perfekten Zimmer für uns 3. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und nur 5min zu Fuss ins Zentrum mit vielen kleinen Shops und guten Restaurants. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Nice big room, comfy with a nice view. It was on the top floor and the staff helped with luggage which was nice. It is on a busy street but I slept through it all. Some noises from the hallway, but nothing major.

Room was too small and the street noise was noticeable (of course there’s not much one can do about it).

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to train station and downtown area. The room was clean and comfortable but very tiny. During our three night stay two nights we were awakened at 2am to guitar playing, singing, yelling. The third night was quiet so we were able to sleep.

Great location and spotless suite. A shame the spa bath wasn’t working as this was one of the reasons I booked the room (having just climbed Ben Nevis) and there was lots of noise in the foyer early morning- the walls / ceiling are thin so noise travels. To be fair I used some of the free ear plugs provided and these helped! Lots of positives though - plenty of parking, thoughtful touches including fresh coffee and comfy seating area in the suite. Spotlessly clean and easy check in and out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maclean Guest House. We were able to easily walk there from the train station and to then walk to the downtown area where all the shops, cafes, etc were located. The room was quite large and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed and then some! We highly recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation.
