The staff were amazing, and were helpful.

Very welcoming and accommodating in case you arrive early! Very beautiful place and safe! The beach by the hotel was very calm!

Una pésima experiencia. Atención sin calidez por parte del personal, odiosos, arrogantes, prepotentes. En la recepción no se le brinda información al huésped sobre cómo funciona el servicio del hotel. Olía feo, ya que debajo de las habitaciones había charco, lodo putrefacto. El primer día pedí un café y la persona de servicio me persiguió para cobrarme de una forma grotesca, a mí no se me explicó que fuera de horario el café se tenía que pagar. Yo llevaba puesto el brazalete del hotel y ni aún así se me respetó como cliente, me sentí cuál si fuera un delincuente perseguido por la mesera del hotel. El personal del restaurante con actitud soberbia, nada de calidez en la atención. El desayuno deja mucho que desear en relación a la expectativa que el cliente se hace al elegir este hotel, el más caro de la Isla, ya que al decidir pagar un precio tan alto en relación al resto de la oferta hotelera de Corn Island lo hago esperando recibir el mejor trato y el mejor servicio, pero no fue así, todo lo contrario, llegué, hice check-in y en ningún momento la recepcionista me explicó que durante el desayuno solamente se tiene derecho a pedir dos taza de café, el tercero es pagado, sin mencionar que fuera del horario de desayuno no hay derecho a café. No regreso a este hotel por una segunda experiencia. NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Pues me siento muy contento de haber estado hospedado en ese hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada el estado de conservación es muy bueno, El costo de las bebidas y los alimentos se puede pensar que un poquito más alto respecto a otros lugares que prestan estos servicios de alimentos y bebidas sin embargo considerando que te encuentras en un sitio bastante bien ubicado y seguro pues valoras el hecho de quedarte en ese lugar y estar en sitio seguro y cómodo. El personal siempre es muy atento y muy amable con mucho gusto se recomienda y con mucho gusto se desea volver pronto.

Necesitan tener una mejor atención en el restaurante, llevarnos desayuno demoro hora y media cada día, se les terminó el l café, solo dos meseros, cocina debería de estar más cerca. Los meseros amables pero servicio lento por poco personal. Habitaciones están bien, baños bonitos, limpieza bien. Daeberian ofrecer más opciones acuáticas como jet ski, esquiar, botes de remos etc.

Beach front, beautiful views, great ocean, clean, neat, the only issue I had was with some prices on their food and the flies.

Best hotel to stay in Corn Island. Food is delicious and beach is amazing.

The Hotel is OK, a little old but OK. Now the restaurant service is a mess!! Besides being expensive, the service is very bad. Every time we ate there it took 1 and a half hours from the moment we sat down on the table to the time the food finally came!!! It seemed like you had to order your lunch right after finishing your Breakfast, that way probably it would be ready by lunchtime.

Liked the property and bar staff at the beach. Had quick service to repair toilet. Had a few issues with communication amongst staff. Shuttle was requested early due to early flight. This was not passed on to driver as we expected. We had to take a taxi instead. Rooms were to be ready early as communicated through whatsapp communications. This did not happen until we complained.

The property and location are fantastic. Very clean and inviting when you arrive, and there is space to move around, with large shared patios out front. The staff were all incredible and this is what really made the stay enjoyable. Helpful, kind, friendly, honest. Though, it felt quite expensive for what you get. You pay for the proximity to the beach. The restaurant and drinks were very expensive. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room as well. Overall, i would recommend Arenas, just be aware of the cost.

Strong sewer smell beside the property. Our room had a hole in the floor by the toilet. I could see into the ground below. Tin roof on property meant that rain was very loud. Coconuts dropped onto roof several times in the night waking us up. Walls were paper thin - I could hear everything my neighbours were doing. Standing water below the cabin. Beach was filled with black flies. I have bites over a week later from them.

Stunning beach and calmest water. Great food. Best staff. All of them were friendly, kind and helpful. Hot plentiful big clean showers. Peaceful island. Many restaurants. Affordable seafood. Only caveat was that getting there took four flights including a layover in Managua.

The property is a typical Caribbean wooden beach house with bungalows. It’s kept really clean, nice stuff and beautiful beach front bar and restaurant.

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte in dieser Unterkuft. Das Zimmer war in einem soliden Zustand. Es hat eine Klimaanlage und warmes Wasser. Die Möbel usw sind jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal des Hotels ist nicht gerade freundlich. Man erfährt alles nur auf Nachfrage und man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass jede Frage unerwünscht und zu viel ist. Der Service an der "Bar"/Restaurante ist wirklich schlecht. Das Frühstück war mit Abstand das schlechteste in Nicaragua. Das Gallo Pinto ist trocken, die Kochbananen 3 Tage als und im Öl geschwommen und die Pancakes hatten mit Pancakes nichts zu tun. Die Bedienungen selbst haben wirklich 0,0 Rundumblick und wir mussten mehrfach direkt zu ihnen hingehen, um nach neuen Kaffee zu fragen. Leider können wir somit das Hotel für den Preis absolut nicht empfehlen!

Its the nicest spot on the whole island! So pretty the money is (almost) worth it! Other than that its overpriced and the service is the worst i have ever experienced. The waitresses are rolling their eyes and laughing at you. (Some of them, not everyone) at i took us 20 minutes to get a menu. Then another hour and a half before getting our food.
