J'ai séjourné au ARS Magna Htel à Palma de Mallorca le 15 octobre et je tiens à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle de l'établissement. Tout était parfait: l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel, la propreté irréprochable des lieux, le confort de la chambre, ainsi que les services proposées. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville, et l'ambiance générale de l'hôtel est à la fois moderne et apaisante. Chaque détail semble pensé pour le bien-être des clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne recherchant un séjour agréable et sans fausse note à Palma.

Leider laut, abends die Menschen auf der Straße vor den Lokalen, morgens ab 6:30 wurden die Stühle weggeräumt und danach kam gleich die laute kehrmaschine, die auf und ab fuhr.

Overall it was a pleasant experience with friendly (and helpful) staff, clean (and quiet) room, and is well located. Will definitely be returning when back in Mallorca.

Rooms were cleaned well, receptionist was very kind and helpful Breakfast was terrible, cold and dry and left out in the open with flies . Not much options . Breakfast staff didn’t seem friendly Having to eat in the morning is quite important for me so this was disappointing

Vi hadde et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Rommet var fint, rent og med en veldig god seng. Vi hadde også en liten balkong. Bassenger med solstoler rundt var veldig fint. Personalet var hjelpsomme og hyggelige. De svarte raskt på mail, som jeg sendte med spørsmål i forkant av oppholdet.

Calm, but like 5 min away by foot from the main shopping street. Bathroom and all was very nice and clean

We hade a fantastic stay. Loved the hotel, clean, great room and service from all the staff. The location was so good, nice street and easy to walk to whatever you wanted.

Amazing hotel. Facilities were perfect. Breakfast were great. Perfect location. All staff were amazing. In particular Carla on reception went above and beyond. She drew maps and directions to various places of interest and restaurants. Always had a smile and showed interest in how our stay was going. We would definitely stay here next time we come.

Had a lovely stay- the room was comfortable and the reception staff are super friendly and helpful.

Everything from checkin to checkout was superb! Very highly recommended. Go for the deluxe room with jacuzzi on the huge patio. Will definitely visit again
