Well, first the hotel boy never answer phone as we need him to send the location of the home stay and ask us to go to so call sr rose inn and when I arrive I see whole customer is waiting at SR rose hotel. We wait around 1 hours-counter no body handphone no answer and everyone is try to found the person incharge but cannot get there. I never see hotel or motel with counter no body. My god.
