Pretty rough area of Rotherham. No check in desk or reception. Email was the only communication. Tiny slim duvets and very small pillow which had a hair on it, however the owner did arrive with 2 extra pillows and seemed like a nice guy. Sink was blocked. Heating was poor as it was a cold winters night and we had to keep dressed to stay warm. Recommend only to use if you have a very low budget.

I booked this for a price of $56 for one night, you took £400 from my account , this is not in Sheffield or near meadowhall its near center the center of rotherham. This is a semi detached house not an hotel. I phone straight away about the mistake, i sent numerous text and messages so went there to cancel, there are no staff on the premises. I cancelled on their answer phone and booked the ibis in sheffield. I require the return of my money ASAP

The room was tiny and the most part I hate is that the heating stops at midnight untill 7-8 in the morning , leaving you basically to freeze.

The hotel is warm and very secure and safe. It is very close to the town centre but also lovely and quiet. A great stay

Good location. Good price. Nice and clean and looks like recently modernised.

Much better on the inside than out...not the best area but very convenient for what we wanted.

The property was situated in a very run down, mainly industrial area with a late night pizza outlet directly opposite, parking was very difficult. Inside the room was an emergency light with an incredibly bright green indicator lamp, made sleep without a blackout mask impossible, a kettle was provided but no cups, the room was in poor state of repair, owner has not responded to texts, despite his promise to do so. Absolutely not recommended.

I travelled from USA to UK just for the weekend, Adam was very helpfull in providing detail information about how to get to from Manchester airport to the hotel. Then I got another details email with clear information on how to check in. They gave a complimentary check in at 12 pm which I appreciated a lot. Room was clean, bathroom very nice. Definitely better than I was expecting.
