It’s clean, it’s convenient. It’s 10 minutes to the airport so it’s an excellent place to stay if you’ve got to catch a 5 AM plane out of paying born airport.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really hard for us so not too comfortable but it was ok for 2 nights. Bathroom was nice with large shower. Free breakfast was pretty small, but covered the basics. We weren’t left very many towels and the trash can filled up quick, so we didn’t put the do not disturb sign on the door the second day in hopes they would come in to leave more towels and take out the trash which was full. Got back that night and they had never come in.

Breakfast had tasty and diverse food options every day. The hotel was clean. There was free parking. The attendant who checked us in and out (Hunter) was one of the most professional, kind, and warm people we've ever met. That said, room service was one of the worst we've experienced. We didn't get clean sheets or towels, but our bag of souvenirs was thrown away. We went dumpster diving to get it back (they were from Leavenworth, and we didn't have the time to drive back and rebuy them all.) We were very disappointed by this lack of attention to detail.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Wenatchee, WA, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful, making check-in quick and stress-free. Their friendly attitude immediately set a positive tone for the stay. The room was spotless, modern, and comfortable. The bed provided a great night’s sleep, and the room was quiet and relaxing. I appreciated the thoughtful details such as strong Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, and a well-lit workspace. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the overall condition of the room reflected great care and attention. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, offering a variety of fresh and satisfying options in a clean and well-organized dining area. The common spaces throughout the hotel were inviting and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely kind. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to local dining, shopping, and outdoor activities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wenatchee for business or leisure.

One front desk person was inexperienced and made a credit card billing error. We asked her to change payment when we arrived and gave her a different cc card. She did not make the change andforgot we gave her a new card

Our stay was great! It was so clean and nice there, we got free breakfast each day of our stay, and the staff was so friendly. They also have a great work space and gym. We will definitely be back!

I have stayed here several times in the past with no issues. This time I got room 209, this room is next to the elevator. All night long it sound like a helicopter was hovering above my room. I will stay again next time I am in town I will just ask for a room far away from the elevators.
