Being located right next to The Stump Hotel was very handy for some excellent meals. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, but the bathroom was freezing - no heater in there.

The Caledonian staff were all friendly and went out of their way to assist in anyway they could. Everybody we encountered from check-in, the owner, the cleaning staff and those from the hotel itself were happy and friendly and their attitudes added to the enjoyment of our stay. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable. Would happily stay again .

Nice rooms, had a problem with heater in room but staff persisted with the problem until fixed, great effort as they were busy with the attached pub. Close to town and port.

Water pressure?? If you want it, go somewhere else!!

Was so central to the shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance

Hi there, the staff managing The Caledonian Inn were friendly and welcoming. The accomodation was clean and modernised with onsite parking close to the local cafes, restaurants, hotels and the Loop walk leading to the Lighthouse and the surrounding Shearwaters Colony. A great experience. Thank you

First time staying there, we were very impressed with the motel and staff were very friendly and helpful. Had tea at the stump next door the food and staff were amazing could not fault anything with our stay, we will be back to visit again 10/10.

The rooms/units are adjacent to the pub which has outdoor speakers mounted along every wall - music going from time checked in till after 10.30p - loud enough that heavy rain & the tv didn’t drown it out

Historical hotel, kept up to the nice quality!

The room was comfortable and fairly clean, and the central location on Main Street was very convenient. The only issue was the noise at night due to the bar and restaurant—loud music and crowds until around 12–1 AM. It might have been worse because we visited during Easter.
