The wonderful service, from checking in to checking out. Happy smiling faces! The food was excellent! Both dinner and breakfast. Love the atmosphere, just so wonderful!!!

Nice and clean

What a lovely stay. My beachfront view from the patio was just perfect with a morning cup tea. The bed was luxurious, the room spacious and the staff were so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Another amazing vacation! We love this hotel! Everything about it is perfect! We were upgraded to a suite that was absolutely beautiful!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Great property! Food was Great!

This was our second stay at the Vespera Resort, and while we love the area and the hotel overall, this visit didn’t quite live up to our first experience. Check-in was smooth, but we didn’t receive any assistance with our bags, which was surprising for a hotel at this price point. During our time in the patio dining area, we waited about 30 minutes without being helped, even after speaking to three different staff members. Thankfully, a team member named Mason eventually stepped in—he was kind, efficient, and truly the standout of our stay. He made sure we got our drinks and food, and his service made a big difference. The patio area overall felt a bit understaffed and could have been cleaner. On the positive side, the Easter Sunday breakfast buffet was excellent and a real highlight of the stay. Our room was comfortable, but for a high-end resort, I expected more attention to detail. There were no bathrobes, and we even found a toy ball near the window, suggesting housekeeping could have been more thorough. While we still enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic, the service fell short in a few key areas that matter when you’re paying for a premium experience. Hopefully, with a bit more focus on service and cleanliness, future visits will match the high standards we experienced the first time.

Beautiful property, friendly professional staff, clean & well-maintained facilities, good food and excellent location!

Parking is not upfront. When I booked the room there were 2 options, valet and self parking. I chose the self parking option as $45 for parking was a little steep. When I arrived for check in I was told that I could park in there garage below the property. Drove into the garage and valet staff chased me down to advise that self parking was not available. Advised staff that the front desk stated I could and they said he was wrong and that self parking would be on the street. Went back to the front desk and he said that he somehow misunderstood and that I would have to park on the street. Spoke to a couple of different higher ups and they just passed it along and that they would check on it. Wouldn’t have been such an issue if my wife’s back pain was really intense and the closest “street parking” was 3 blocks away… It seems that maybe that is the ploy to get people to shell out the money to park. This seems dishonest. The rest of the place was nice, but, I don’t have a desire to stay there again.

Check in could have been better. The couple next to me got a ton of I formation. Breakfast times. Check out etc. I didn’t

Beautiful stay - family loved it !

The wooden frame bed hurt legs getting in and out gave us handicapp room did not ask for.....didnt tell us card needed to use elevator or turn on lights Wish had breakfast inclusive! Price is steep parking fees expensive. Otherwise its a beautiful hotel Great window view.

Rooms are beautiful with a perfect Ocean front view, we can't wait for our next stay.

Ocean view from the room. Beautiful property. Kitchenette should have a trash can and a small dish soap as well as spoons. Could hear people above us on 3rd floor but overall, an outstanding place to stay.

Room and facilities are both amazing, only issue we faced was no heat in our room , and the inability of their maintenance staff to provide us with any heat.
