I paid for deluxe quadruple rm so should of had double & 2 single beds & instead got double & bunk beds.My autistic son had to have double so i had to sleep in bottom bunk.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for a family wedding.

This ia not a room, its a coffin No window, no air con It was unbearably hot and stuffy in the room and there was no way to rectify it One of the worst nights sleep in recent memory I stayed in "the Lodge" across the road from the main hotel. The room badly needs air conditioning if there is no window.

Great spot, walking distance from seaside

Room for 4 adults was good in Hatfield lodge, although not much of view on it unless if you’re in Hatfield Hotel. Facilities looks new, just stone throw from the seaside, breakfast is great and resto staffs are very accomodating and friendly. There are no staff by the reception in the Lodge, therefore you have to go to the Hatfield hotel to check in and get your access card. There is only one card given to occupants so if someone wants to stay behind when you want to go out you can’t take the access card with you as it will swithed off the electric power in the room. Perhaps we never tried asking for spare access card as only stayed overnight.

Room unclean and smelt of sewage, staff are rude and the manager is very rude

Don't count on the WiFi here, otherwise very good stay.

We were only there for 2 nights, but we had a lovely stay in the Lodge, customer service was excellent from front desk, bar staff to the waitress. Would definitely come and stay again

Most Best Westerns are a disappointment. This one however wasn't. Friendly staff, great views from the dining and bar, a good ale, very clean room, great shower.

Didn't have a hairdryer but prompt service to provide one. Noisy neighbour above us at 5.30am. Over all a pleasant comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay in the Hatfield Lodge Room 2 was great, spacious, quiet, clean. The shower room was lovely large, i feel it maybe a cleaning product used but it seem to leave the floor very slippery and the shower could do with some anti slip texturing on the tray and a handrail for safety. Only down side needs plugs next to the bed. Apart from those points would happily stay again.

The hotel could benefit from a thorough refurbishment. Upon entering, the room was unpleasant, and the bathroom was even more so.

Our room was as described. Although lack of fresh air was noticable.Front door was audible with every use. Needs lubricating and silencing. Finally could hear next room talking and watching telly.

Great room it just needed air conditioning as was hot and being in the ground floor next to the road we didn’t want to leave the windows open overnight. Cannot fault anything else.

Not one socket in the room worked, damp smell in bathroom and thin walls so could hear other guests

Brilliant room! Perfect size for the four of us! I think the mattresses need replacing as they had big dips in and were pretty hard but apart from that everything was perfect!
