Amazing time. Loved the courtyard for a beer and playing cards. The diner was amazing too.

The staff were fantastic both at the hotel and the diner. The room was great apart from technical issues with our television which staff tried to fix. But it kept breaking again , in the end we gave up as out of the 3 day stay here it worked for about 2 hrs on and off. We gave up and used a phone to watch the world cup! Not quite the same but staff did give us a complimentary breakfast on departure as an apology. Parking facilities great, tea and coffee in reception. The toiletries in the room were gorgeous and the staff overall were fabulous and welcoming. We would probably stay again if we were to head this way.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! It’s clean, modern and the staff are friendly. It was very inexpensive (may not be all the time but we got a great deal) so honestly I really shouldn’t complain. I really liked the idea of having a water tap (hot and cold) in the hallways. I greatly dislike drinking water from the bathroom tap no matter how many times hotels say it’s safe. So this is a great way to avoid plastic bottles and kettles. Food is at the American diner that’s part of the hotel. You have to pay separately but it’s fine. Only thing though, there was some weird noise (maybe very loud music or someone hitting a wall?) very late in the night so I guess the rooms are not as soundproof as they ought to be. But with great AC, a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom, it’s still a great room.

The hotel has very good and comfortable amenities. Unfortunately our aircon was broken but they have left a fan in the room, quite inconvenient in the heatwave but good service. Very lovely place to stay.

Clean and comfortable room, great for a short stay

The motel was fine. Beds comfortable, well stocked rooms, quiet even on the main A420. Reception were helpful and knew their stuff. The diner not so great for us. Suited more to younger people/families. I understand it's based on a US diner but it could have benefited from a more UK perspective.

TV didn’t work, so resigned to reading a book, but the lighting in the room was too dim and couldn’t read.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this unique motel for 1 night as we had an otter feeding experience at Milletts Wildside the following morning. One of the ladies at the reception/bar made the best passionfruit martini I’ve ever had in my life! The air con was broken in our original room and without windows that open, it turned into a furnace. Spoke to reception and they found us a new room very quickly with working AC. Would definitely stay here again if doing something in the Oxford area
