As a single woman traveler, I felt safe. My room was quiet, clean, and spacious. I am really picky about where I stay, and this is the best place for the price in Painesville

I loved this hotel. It was clean, smelled clean, had great breakfast options, had laundry and fitness center that were easily accessible and clean. The pool was nice, but was a little cold. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Staff was kind and helpful.

The pool and workout room were nice. The breakfast was very good and my room was nice. Their cleaning staff could put more attention into replacing coffee machine supplies, toilet tissue, and wiping down counters. I was there 5 night and I expected a bit more from them.

Hotel has everything you need. Rooms are spacious. Great breakfast. Just wish it lasted longer than ending at 9:30 during the week. Also has a laundry room I actually used. Detergent is for purchase at the front desk little shopping area.

The hotel was neat and clean. The room was great. The breakfast was good and had many options. Check in and out was quick and easy.

The toilet seat was broken, there were huge greasy stains on the carpet, and we pulled back the bed to get into it, there were black fingerprints on the sheets. When we reported this the staff were very defensive and told us nothing could be done. The next morning, a staff member was nicer about it, and said she would tell the manager who would call us, but we never heard a thing. Obviously this hotel does not care about cleanliness or the distress of its guests. Give it a miss!

The Hotel was very clean. The Breakfast was really good!! I like how the coffee machine grinds the beans and then brews your coffee!!! The staff did a great job cleaning the rooms!!!

This is a very well put together hotel and area. Its quiet and calm and offers a serene view from our hotel room. We watched the sunset tonight from our room. WOW!! We will definitely be back!! We came here the night before major surgery and this is exactly what we needed. 10 plus stars!!!
