Relación precio-calidad está muy bien. La habitación estaba cómoda y limpia. Está bien ubicado. El único detalle es que no hay estacionamiento, aunque nosotros logramos estacionarnos en la acera de enfrente

Highly recommended as it is in the center of Tulum, everything is close by which makes it very convenient.

Installations are very old and dirty. during my stance in this place never clean up my room.

the rooms are pretty subpar, broken tile everywhere, the locks non existent, and noise during the night quite high. don't expect hot water.

The place was not clean Too much noise Towels were dirty and smells really bad the bed sheets also

Hi I stayed two separate occasions at this place. It’s very whimsical. The owner has put tons of art all over the place which added to the plants and the abundance of light makes it definitely awesome. It’s more unique than the other places i’ve stayed in Mexico. there’s a cute little breakfast lunch spot in it that’s full of locals which to me means a lot of things. all positive. it is pretty central and the bus stations like five blocks away. The only negative and this is for all hotels in the center is that the taxis do charge a lot to get down to the beach area. But there is a “collectivo” (shared bus w mostly locals. I use for 40 pesos to get there during the day, which isn’t a problem. the better Restaurants like Negra Huitlacoxe and a bunch of Local spots, also the live music (Batay Palma Central & Mercado Centreau are favorites) seems to all be over here in the center so that’s why I prefer to stay over here. Very safe, very clean, 11am checkout which I prefer. I will stay here and at their other spot in Bacalar again. I’m off to Hol Box. peace out! Nicholas V from NYC!

I tried multiple times getting in contact (calling, texting and emailing) with the contact number, and no one ever answered me back. The expedia says that we have to get in contact since they don’t have front desk… so I got desperate. Ended up they do have front desk (and they were very nice and I had a fast check in), so I stressed out for nothing. The room was really really simple which I wouldn’t mind based on the price… but although the sheets were clean… the blanket and the pillows were smelling terrible!!!! They just offered towels at the end of the night. And there was a lot of mold in the walls… I wouldn’t get back although the location is great.

Cero comunicación , no contestan en la propiedad,se pidió factura y nunca la emitieron

Foi uma boa experiência.....hotel simples mas confortável. Não tem estacionamento mas fácil de conseguir vaga na rua. Bem localizado no centro de tulum. Tem frigobar e café da manhã simples, ar condicionado e ventilador. Os funcionários foram muito anteciosos. Estilo rústico com jardins entre os apartamentos. Gostamos de ficar por lá.
