We didn’t know what to expect when we arrived. The first impression is important. The lobby was open and beautiful. The staff were attentive, cheerful and helpful. The room was a bit small but it sufficed got my wife and me. It was quite tidy. The bathroom was nice but I give the shower water pressure at B. My wife gave it a C. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Because of its location far from city Centre, we chose to eat dinner there most evenings. We were happy.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. There was also a very nice relaxation area with a pool and saunas.

Staff were very friendly

The room and the bathroom was very well appointed. However the parking situation left you parking in an underground garage with quite a bit of a walk to the front of the hotel. After you leave the hotel you need a four digit code to get into the parking garage which we weren’t given and thankfully had to rely on another guest getting into the garage so we could get back to our car. We also ended up ordering room service. The food was excellent but even though I charge it to the room the front desk consisted on me coming down at 9 o’clock at night to pay with a credit card when I was trying to get to sleep for a 3 AM departure. When I went down to pay they said oh it’s no problem we can just tack it onto the parking fee. Very disappointing would not go back there again

Room very clean, spa relaxing and breakfast superb. The wait for our dinner was unacceptable. We sat down just before 8pm and after asking twice where our food was it arrived at 9:15pm. To be fair the drinks bill was reduced to nil as a goodwill feature due to the delay. The staff in the dining room were very good. Also if you have an EV you may not get access to the charger as there was only one. It does say in the promotions info that there are 10 in total but they are in the main for the PJ events. Disappointing and I had to go elsewhere to charge my car. Overall a good experience.

Parking is next non existent and we had to spend £29 to park in the open parking. Nearly impossible to get served at the bar as overworked and not enough bar staff.

Great hotel when seeing a gig. Room spacious and clean. Enjoyed the Spa. Food was nice but expensive. G&T was over £14 (with service) - ouch! They just assumed we wanted a double. Long queue in the morning for breakfast and one small self service coffee machine which regularly ran out of milk and coffee beans etc. Loved the honey!

Leisure facilities excellent

Great hotel when staying in Aberdeen. The gym and swimming pool are excellent, it’s always my goto hotel whenever I’m in Aberdeen on business.

Room was spotless and really roomy. Health spa was amazing and well appointed. Staff excellent and food was good value.
