The room was comfortable and clean. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was lovely, but the downside to this was that we could hear the entertainment. However this did not spoil our stay as you need to expect these things when staying in a hotel. There are no English tv channels. We didn't have meals in the hotel so cannot comment on this, but we did buy a couple of drinks from the bar and I feel that the staff could do with some training on customer service. They treat you as though you are an inconvenience. One girl had just started scrolling through her phone when I appeared at the bar. She put her phone down clearly annoyed that I had interrupted her and didn't speak to me throughout the whole transaction, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming though. Overall, our stay was very relaxing as the hotel was almost empty so we had the pool area to ourselves. Lots of places to eat and drink and the beach was a five minute walk away. The pool was closed the day after we arrived but we were only there for four nights so it didn't bother us.

Overall considering what we paid it was good if I had paid more I would have been disappointed. We were half board meals were repetitive and not alot of choice and cold.The staff did what they could not enough 2 in restaurant not asked for drinks the hotel wasnt busy so in peak times I dread to think.Animation staff kept people occupied round the pool would I stay here again no.

Buenas, la experiencia a sido corta pero repetiremos. Mi opinión sobre las instalaciones es problema de los ascensores los consideramos insuficientes

Estadia em família em viagem longa. Hotel à beira da praia, com estrutura de hotéis turísticos de alta rotatividade como em Orlando. O estacionamento em frente ao hotel é público e gratuito, estando sempre cheio, tornando a busca muitas vezes difícil. As ruas próximas tinham estamais fácil, fato que não deve ocorrer na alta estação. O café da manhã, contratado adicionalmente, é bom, porém muito cheio quando lá estive fora da alta estação, nem num fim de semana. Apesar da cidade praiana, a clientela do hotel era formada na maioria por pessoas aposentadas, talvez pela época da viagem (meados de maio/25).

Todo bien lo único los colchones que eran de muelles , en estos tiempos y después de reformar el hotel creo que podían haber puesto unos más cómodos , y otra cosa , no entiendo porque tienen la salida a las 11 , cuando todos los hoteles es hasta las 12 , deberían mejorar estos 2 aspectos.

De locatie is heel goed tov het centrum en het strand. Het hotel zelf is erg massaal en gehorig. Er zijn geen parkeerplaatsen maar naast het hotel ligt een ( drukke ) centrale parkeerplaats. Kamer kon schoner ( schimmel in badkamer ) en vlekken op vloer en muren.

El baño nada más llegar lleno de pelos en los rincones y un olor horrible, y alguno de los camareros bastante bordes y antipáticos. Comida buen relación calidad precio.

En general todo bien, destacar la amabilidad de los trabajadores. Limpio y ordenado. La comida tipo bufet la típica de la mayoría de los hoteles, destacar que siempre había comida a la plancha recién hecha, tanto para los desayunos como para el resto de comidas. Las camas amplias, dos de 1.35, muy cómodas, así como las almohadas. Lo único que no me gustó fue la piscina, algo pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. Volvería

En temporada IMSERSO no es un hotel para descansar. La música es atronadora en todo el hotel hasta las 12 a.m.

Rezensionen freundlich. Hotel mit Frühstück und Abendessen ist zu empfehlen. Beides ist Buffet, ist fast mit sehr gut zu Bewerten. Zimmer sind sauber. Deutsches Fernsehprogramm.10 Minuten vom Stand. Großzügiger Strand, mit Promenade.
