Perfect position next to beach

heel leuk tof hotel, dicht aan zee.. personeel heel vriendelijk.. kamers mijn persoonlijkheid.. betreft poetsen ..wordt niet zo goed gepoetst.. te vlug willen doen of te weinig personeel.. na het poetsen..geen stof verwijderd,..of vlug vloer overgaan.. plinten veel stof, terasje mag ook eens meegenomen worden ..poetsen.. Het is een hotel met minder sterren.. maar hygiëne moet er altijd zijn ..mijn mening .. Klein terasje ..stond geen stoeltjes en tafeltje.. een aanrader voor alle terassen.. klein of groot teras.. de rest is het een leuk tof hotel..

Great hotel with excellent location

The property was very clean, the staff were very helpful! Nothing was too much. Location was perfect opposite a stunning beach and lots of local restaurants and bars on your doorstop.

Vårt rum låg ut mot stranden. Fantastisk utsikt. Upplevde att det var rätt lugnt runt hotellet vilket var skönt när man skulle sova. Personalen i receptionen var gulliga men vissa hade svårt med engelskan.

Ideal hotel suitable for a few days stay. Solo traveller, hotel located on the beach front, Seaview with balcony. Basic room, generally clean a few areas needed a bit of TLC air conditioning fan outside balcony needed painting and areas in bathroom. Facilities and amenities fridge, TV, safe with key, kettle and mug available on request, shower gel, shampoo and soap. Good shower with great water pressure. Wifi was accessible straight no password required, but not secure. Room was cleaned on request towels changed daily. Only stayed for 3 nights, bed only but shops and plenty of restaurants were near by at reasonable prices to suit all budgets. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend for short stay in the heart of Benidorm. First time travelling to Benidorm highly recommended. Suitable for all ages, plenty to see and do. Area is clean and well maintained for a beach resort. Felt safe as a solo female traveller. 😎👏👍

Nice hotel but just needs cleaning better especially under the bed and some mould in the shower. Some noise at night people coming home from pub. Other than that I would go back.

Great location for the old town, had a sea view superior room, room was a great size and the balcony was big enough to have 2 sun loungers too. Great views!

Very clean in a great location. Bed was comfortable. Very clean but was basic. Only stayed 4 nights. Would stay for a very short break again.

great air conditioner and brilliant sea view

Room was dirty when we arrived the bed sheets had sand on sheets towels had not been changed from previous occupants. No toilet paper The previous occupants rubbish still in bins Room404 balcony door did not operate correctly and was dangerous Good location fix cleaning no problems

Lovely clean room , brilliant polite staff & it’s in a fabulous location , would stay again 100% only bad this I would say is there is no pool but it is literally right on the beach

Amazing hotel with fantastic views. Just stayed in 501 and couldn’t fault the room or staff. We had an amazing holiday and will return again.

Location excellent. Minutes walk from the Old Town. Cafes literally on the doorstep. Amazing view from high floor seaview rooms, ours was 601. Basic rooms but clean and modern, kettle and cups available on request. All staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in but could leave our luggage and get changed. They phoned as soon as the room was ready. Excellent value for money. However, the lower cost may possibly attract a certain clientele, such as the couple on the floor above our room who didn't seem to realise their swearing and other bad language could be heard by everyone else.

Excellent location, staff went above and beyond extremely helpful & friendly. We had a street view room though not the best it was fine for the amount of time spent in the room, though next time i would pay the extra for a sea view room with balcony Air conditioning worked as it should, room was clean and a good size. Overall i would definitely book here again
