lovely complex for families! Apartments are very clean and spacious with a large terrace or balcony. Air con in all apartments. 5 minutes from beach and PDC “strip” with huge variety of bars and restaurants. Large supermarket next door and spinnaker bar has amazing food. Close to everything! Would not recommend if you are a couple looking for a quiet relaxing holiday - pools get very busy during the day

Escapada en familia, y el partamento que nos dieron tenia un ruido que no nos dejaba descansar en la noche. Habia un supermercado al lado que tenia aparatos en azotea que hacía ruido. Se lo informamos a recepcion, quedaron en mirarlo y decirnos algo, y no nos respondieron nada.

Stayed here many times and it is faultless. This time I was here for my birthday but hadn't mentioned this at all to reception. Note was obviously taken at check in as a lovely card and chocolates was left in the room on the day of my birthday. Little gestures go a long way.

I Have Stayed At This Hotel A Few Times And Always Enjoyed It But I’m Not So Happy About It Anymore,The Staff Were Very Good Especially Sylvia At Reception But The Beds This Time Were Terrible To Get A Sleep On And As for The curtesy Room When I Asked For A Towel A Got A Very Cold NO Which Was A Chance From Previous Visits. I Had Booked The Hotel Again For Later This Year But I Cancelled The Booking.

Posizione comoda al mare e al lungomare pieno di ristoranti, camere ampie; pulizie andrebbero fatte più spesso ed essere più curate. Avendo la cucina attrezzata sarebbe apprezzato lasciare kit per cucinare (olio/sale/aceto, ecc..)

Stayed here many times and can not fault! Appartments spacious and cleaned regularly! Bar and restaurant very reasonably priced if not cheap! Back again a new year and can’t wait👍

Great place to stay, location perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , the Cinco Plazas was immaculately clean , has great facilities for all of the family to enjoy , the staff are most helpful nothing was too much . We booked here as we had a booking in another complex but it was so bad we left and went to the cinco plazas , I want to commend Esteban on reception he was so kind when he heard what happened he upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment, I would highly recommend staying here , it is a beautiful complex , our apartment was spotless and it was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided , the food at the pool bar was really nice and quite reasonable , we will be returning to the cinco plazas again next year and will most likely make our stay there every year

Staff on reception not really that friendly and can’t check in till 3pm. Bit late if you arrive early. Clean and practical. No iron and paid 5 euro to rent and never turned up at room.

Excellent apartment, clean, excellent beds bedding Towels. Proper hairdryer Housekeeping were fabulous.

Such a lovely time and would absolutely be happy to stay again. The breakfast's were great in the morning, the pools are lovely and such a big room too. A great location to explore the sea front but very quiet at night time.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, Kapselmaschine, Kühlschrank und Cerankochfeld und Klimaanlage. Aber Hellhörig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent complex, good location in new town, really comfortable modern apartment.

Huone ihan hyvä. Hotellialue ihan kiva. Rauhallinen. Market lähellä ja ei kovin pitkä matka rantakadulle. Nousua kuitenkin on. Hotellissa vaikutti olevan jotenkin iloton ilmapiiri niin henkilökunnan kuin vieraidenkin parissa.

Das Apartment war sehr schön ausgestattet, großer Balkon und sehr freundliches Personal.
