Hotel muito bom. Higiene perfeita. Staff muito simpático.

I liked the location. The breakfast was wonderful especially dining with a view. The room, on the 11th floor, was like a sauna. Airconditioning did not work. It only pumped out heat and was very noisy. Better wear ear plugs as the rooms are very noisy.

Great location, free underground parking, nice variety at continental breakfast. Great view from the large comfortable room. Nice rooftop bar.

The staff was very nice and the property grounds was close from everything!

Very impressed with this hotel - it had plenty of space, was modern and clean, free parking and a free breakfast on the 12th floor with incredible views of Guimaraes. Good value too. It's next to the train station so it is convenient (I didn't hear any noise from trains or road). It's a 5-10 minutes walk into the old centre, but plenty of restaurants along the way. I'd stay here again.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and bigger than we expected. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast also exceeded our expectations. We have been very happy with our stay.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and very walkable to the nearby historical attractions and restaurants. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Would definitely stay here again when in Guimarães.

No air condition But the front desk lady ( very kind lady I forgot her name) understood our problem and changed our room to different room to get more fresh air .

Excellent location for travelers by train and also walking distance to historic center.

Breakfast was ok, no restaurant in the hotel, although there are some really good places close by.

O hotel é aparentemente o prédio mais alto da cidade, proporcionando uma vista panorâmica do centro histórico no café da manhã (último andar). É um prédio antigo que foi praticamente todo reformado e o quarto que ficamos tinha um tamanho acima da média, sendo que só o ar condicionado que deixou um pouco a desejar. O staff foi bem atencioso e o check-in/check-out foram bem rápidos. O estacionamento é bem conveniente. A localização é muito boa: ao lado da estação de comboios(trem), cerca de 20 minutos caminhando até o centro histórico e aproximadamente 15 minutos caminhando até um grande supermercado/shopping.

von außen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber innen super. sehr sauber, sehr guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist relativ einfach, aber genug für jedem Geschmack. Was uns am meisten erstaunt hat, ist die Tatsache, dass, obwohl das Hotem am Bahnhof liegt, man nichts gehört hat und das Hotel insgesamt sehr leise war. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, 10min zu Fuß im Zentrum der Stadt. Es ist kein Wellness-Hotel zum "da bleiben". Wir werden wiederkommen.
