Excellent staff, a great and varied breakfast, perfect location in Esquilino. Short walk to Termini, Republica, Santa Maria Magiore, Via Nationale buses. Long but reasonable walk Colosseum, Piazza Venetzia and other sights. The hotel is being modernized but the inconvenience is still worth it.

Fantastic hotel that has very recently been refurbished to a high standard. We had a beautiful family room with a double bed in one section and two single beds in another section. We had a spacious balcony being on the 6th floor which was very safe and a great place to relax with sun loungers and a sofa. The room was very clean and sheets were changed daily. Breakfast was great with a selection of cold meats and cheeses, cooled eggs. Bacon, or chicken sausage, chickpeas, yogurt, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, fresh juice and the kids loved the pancake machine. Staff were super friendly on reception and in the breakfast room. Highly recommend for families. 5 min walk from Termini Roma the main train station and walking distance to all the main sites.

No início ficamos em um andar, onde os apartamentos ainda iam ser reformados (realmente estavam precisando - acomodações velhas, mas funcionando). Depois, fomos transferidos para um quarto já reformado, com bons e novos móveis/decoração. Atendimento atencioso, próximo a estação Termini (facilita muito a locomoção/alimentação em Roma, "economiza" bastante as pernas). O local, ao anoitecer, as vezes parece não muito amigável (alguns moradores de rua), mas a área me pareceu muito segura, movimentada e não houve nenhum problema a esse respeito. A região tem diversos serviços disponíveis: farmácia, mini market, restaurantes.....).

Soiled towels aren’t pick up daily, we have to call fresh ones. Need more shelves to hold toiletries in the bathroom. Friendly & helpful staffs.

Fantastic location just a short walk from Rome’s main train station, making travel super convenient. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and many of the city’s must-see sights, so exploring on foot was a real treat. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The area also felt safe for a solo female traveler, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect base for discovering Rome!

Fine hotel with up to date and modern room. Staff attentive and friendly. It would have been better if coffee/beverages were offered as complimentary rather than charged.

Very good concierge

Very clean and comfortable bed big pillows i love it. Breakfast perfect with prosecco efter your cappuccino and cornetti yummy. The hotel is so close to bus terminal and train. No need taxi Highly recommended.

I had a great stay at Hotel San Remo. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and appeared to be recently renovated, which added a modern touch to the stay. A great location and solid choice for a stay in Rome!
