The front desk staff was fantastic and gave us many great ideas about places to visit. The room was quaint and very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice.

Oda tertemiz. Sessiz, güvenilir ve konforlu. Özellikle girişte karşılayan beyefendi oldukça kibar, anlayışlı ve yardımcı bir tavrı var. Sadece ilk girişte dik bir merdiven var. Valizlere yardımcı oluyorlar. Ayrıca oda da her şey düşünülmüş. Karşılama kartı minik atıştırmalıklar içecekler. Venedik'e ilk kez geliyorsanız konumu San Marco meydanına ve güzel pizzacılara gezilmesi gereken yerlere oldukça yakın. Tavsiye ederim. Rahat ve keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Teşekkürler

The staff were amazing and very attentive. Went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was great, bed was comfy and the bathroom was nicely renovated. Great location with lots of great restaurants nearby.

The hotel is clean and the location is amazing! Right in the middle of the attractions. That alone was well worth it! The service at the reception is very good and is 24 hrs. The basic room is very small. If you are over 175 lbs it will be hard for you to fit in the shower so pick a bigger room. Overall for the price the hotel is great!

Great little hotel in the heart of Venice! Super close to St. Mark’s Square, friendly staff, and cozy rooms. Perfect for a couple of nights exploring the city.

Perfect location 1 bridge away from San Marco and 5min walk to Rialto. Friendly attentive staff speak many languages. Nice quaint and quiet rooms with a/c and all the commodities. Free bottles of water and a few complimentary nibbles in the room. A maze of rooms is a reflection of city!

My second stay here, I will stay here on each visit to Venice. Amazing location, very short walk to San Marco and not much further to the water taxi for the airport. Vito is an excellent member of staff but all are equally wonderful, friendly, helpful. Delicious treats and amazing toiletries in rooms on arrival, including toothbrush and shaving kit! Love this place!

Fomos super bem atendidos pelo recepcionista Victor, que nos deu dicas sobre restaurantes, passeios e nos ajudou com o horário do transporte. O hotel nao possui elevador, mas nao nos prejudicou em nada. Uma otima localização perto da Praça San Marco, ha poucos minutos das principais atrações.
